Not what they used to be. Lowes used to be friendly and helpful to its customers; now, I can spend 30 minutes in there and the only employee I might see is a cashier. If I do see someone, they definitely don't want to help you out. You also can't return anything anymore. I understand people were probably taking advantage of the system, but I'm in the middle of remodeling my house and I have things I bought that I didn't use. Now I can't return them because I don't have a receipt. Can't even get merchandise credit, even for something as small and durable as a small pack of finish nails. I hate that they don't care for the customer anymore. ~Ryan
