When it comes to peoples lives, you can’t screw up as much as this place does. They even gave me two years worth of my meds last month by accident. Pharmacy is closed on weekends and every other day due to “no pharmacist”. Don’t shop a pharmacy that can’t get pharmacists.

Miscommunication among the pharmacy staff, appointment was scheduled and we still had to wait over 50 minutes to get my boyfriends mom her booster shot, one of the pharm techs had a terrible attitude.

I came for a drive thru covid test because I am traveling soon. My appointment was scheduled at 3:15 and I showed up exactly on time, with all of my insurance information and pre-questions filled out. The girl at the window said "it's going to take me some time to put in all of your information so can you pull around to the back of the line and by the time you get back I'll have it ready to go." Not really sure why it wasn't ready at the time of my appt ..that's pretty irritating as someome who values their time. Was nice to be able to schedule online, but not really sure what the point of that was. There was even a note on the email about not showing up late 😂 they had everything ready at 3:30.. and then it was super quick.

This Walgreens has had a broken Pharmacy Drive-thru speaker for 6 MONTHS, (Oct 2021 - April 2022). So, obviously, it does not have a Drive-thru pharmacy. The hours open are few. It opens late morning 9 AM and closes early evening 7 PM, M - F, closes an hour for lunch, and has even fewer hours on Saturday and has the fewest hours on Sunday.

Pharmacy has limited hours but doesn’t post them, so you drive across town for nothing. No way to go through the drive thru and zero help in transferring prescriptions.

Things have certainly changed, at our local drug store. Made an appointment for my annual flu shot, made sure to be early, out of respect for others. After waiting 45 minutes, past my appointment time, I left. I miss the old days.

My experience tonight at my local Walgreens was something I never could have imagined. I'm 32 years old and have never been treated the way I was tonight in all of my adult years, especially by a manager. I have been having trouble with getting a canvas photo printed correctly for over a week now. The first photo was the wrong size, the second photo was damaged by whoever put the nails in plus there was no frame with it but paid for the frame and this third photo looked great but the frame was cracked at the bottom. My friend and I were doing this for our Doctor we work for ,for his birthday that is tomorrow. We have always used Walgreens for phots and they always come out great. When I got to Walgreens tonight to get the re printed canvas photo for the third time I expected that it would finally be correct so I didn't check it. I dropped off the second damaged canvas and took that one. I got half way down the road and my friend called and said she needed the damaged canvas because she still didn't have a refund for the second one and had paid for this third one. I then call the store and ask for manager who was Megan, she was rude answering the phone, I told her I needed the damaged one to get the refund so I needed to come back to the store and get it. At this point I looked the current canvas I had and that's when I realized the bottom part of the frame was not attached so I asked her about that she said "there is nothing I can do about that" I said "ok thank you I'll be up there soon to get the damaged one" and she just hung up on me. I get there to the photo counter and the canvas I had just returned was just laying out on the counter. She obviously did not want to speak to me and was hoping I would just take that and go. I asked the sweet girl at the front to please have her manager come talk to me. Megan this manager says "what can I help you with" I opened the box to show her the frame that was not attached and kindly asked her if there was anything they could do to fix the frame. She said "again, there is nothing I can do for you, I can give you a refund." I said I don't want a refund I want this fixed. Before I could say anymore she walked over to the computer to do something and I said "ma'am, I'm sorry but this has been a nightmare" and she literally looked at me and said "you are a nightmare." I said "excuse me" She said you have been a nightmare and that picture you printed out is a nightmares and I have had nightmares about it.." I said "are you kidding me right now? is this how you speak to your customers?" she said "I don't care about you, I don't care about this, this is my last night here and I don't care" I said "wow okay then.." and walked out of the store completely mortified almost in tears. I have NEVER been spoken to that way by anyone, ever. I know we all have bad days and obviously she was having one but there is just no excuse to treat anyone like that. I didn't come in there causing a scene or cursing at her or even raise my voice, I was just simply trying to tell her what a nightmare of a situation this has been trying to get this canvas photo done correctly. She didn't eve even say "I'm sorry" that would have been a easy thing to do and she couldn't do that. I am just not that customer, I don't make scenes or cause drama, in fact this the very first review I have ever sent in about a specific person. I know there won't be any repercussion because today is her last day so what does she care but maybe you can let her future employer know what an awful last shift she had and they way she treated someone.

The pharmacist Mike pd11418 on staff thinks pushing his liberal agenda is better than filling a doctor prescription for ivermectin; although it has many proven cases of helping with covid and very few side effects. But yet he fills many opioid meds a day when he knows we have a opioid addiction crisis In America. If this doesn't seem off and like he's not doing his job in healthcare it's because that's the case. Disappointing to say the least. Truly what's wrong with the country today is too many Mikes. He would rather see people suffer than fill a medicine that big PHARMA doesn't make money on and that conservatives believe in. What a shame.

I tried to return an item just a few days after a bought it. I hadn't even taken the item out of the bag or touched the receipt since I bought it. However, the cashier couldn't read the number on the receipt so he wouldn't refund the money back to the card I paid with, but instead gave me an in-store gift card. That is not what I wanted, as the store's policy is that they you will refund the money back to the card you pay with. So just know that if their receipt printer doesn't have enough ink to print legible numbers, they won't be able to honor their own return policy.
