I literally had to go find a manager to get help. I asked several employees for assistance and they just ignored me. I saw several employees just walking around, talking to each other and ignoring customers. And if you need a large cart for lumber, forget it. They have them full of pickup orders sitting all over the store blocking the aisles. I prefer to go to Leonard's.

The store is very well stocked. I found what I needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little above what I prefer but overall I would recommend this business!!

Home improvement stores aren't really my jam, I'm here to give reviews about food and fun, but this place ain't that bad. Great for getting started on gardening. They have saplings/sprouts, seeds, and soil! It's also great for home improvement, like in the name, and stuff like she'd repair. Prices are average, and if you need help with anything about your home or garden, this is a great place to go

I bought a 72” ceiling fan from Lowe’s last year. It was not cheap! It was professionally installed. It has already stopped working. Lowe’s says, “Sorry. We do not help with that after 3 months.” Great job, Lowe’s. I’m glad I can count on you to stand behind your products.

I went there to exchange a electric dryer for gas. I have not received it yet. The young man who helpwhen I first purchased my dryer, refrigerator and freezer was there and help me. Said I need to get a refund first than repurchase my gas dryer. Went service desk and the guy said would need to put back on bank card I informed him that it wouldn't show up till Monday and I need to do this today. He said he could put it on gift card I said fine and went back to to switch dryers. Found out card readers were down and the guy up front knew it. Went back up front to try and the guy said it wasn't his fault they were down. If he would have said something I would have put the money on my card and came back Monday.

Just about always checking with me if I need help. Always helpful when I purchase bulk items. Biggest thing I have noticed lately is the lumber section associates are improving in knowledge and item placement.

This is the worst lowes I have ever dealt with. First off we buy a fridge and they deliver the fridge to me and it’s the wrong one. I ordered a vanity with a mirror and they take my money, the manager tells me that he could give me a discount for picking anyone I want in the store. (Because they couldn’t find it after taking my money) I decided I wanted to wait until another one came in. They call me and tell me it’s ready, my husband gets there and they don’t even have it. I waited a whole month. I suggest you take your business to somewhere else. Drive two hours to a different store.

I've done most of my home renovation with materials from Lowes. It's a big box store, so don't expect small town chit chat but they're always friendly and the store is organized. The managers have always made sure any issues have been taken care of .

This is my favorite hardware store. They are nice and friendly and they are never out to cheat anyone. I prefer them so much over Home Depot! Shopping here is always satisfaction. They have an excellent garden center too! Great management and helpful employees.
