I'm from Salem, but live out near DC now. When I got a sleep study done in the DC area, the clinic told me there was a two month wait for BiPAP machines for whatever reason. I looked around online for an alternative source, but couldn't easily tell which websites were legitimate. When I mentioned this to my mom, she recommended I reach out to Tri County. Charles and the team were extremely helpful and understanding every step of the way. They shipped me a machine starter pack quickly, and I received my sparkling new BiPAP within a few days. Can't recommend them enough!

Amazing service. Always helpful. We had a question and they were going to come out the next day and fix it, and we are in a very remote area. However, we figured it out over the phone. The next day, we called about the bed and they brought out a different mattress the following morning. I used to think all medical equipment suppliers were a necessary evil, but after our experience with Tri-County I have learned it is possible to get great, personal customer service.
