Jeff, Mark, Jarred, and Bob made this an absolutely great experience. This is a top notch group of guys who go the distance to help you enjoy your adventure. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly WANT you to have fun. They educate you on how to use the equipment and make safety paramount. The views above and below the water line are second to none. Unfortunately we live in the mid west and now have the snorkeling bug. Great job guys, we cant recommend you enough. Hopefully we'll see you again next year.

I booked a 2-tank boat dive online and arrived 30 minutes early and this dive shop cancelled because I was the only one signed up. Nobody called or gave me a heads up this was even possible. I’d not recommend doing business with this dive shop for anything. Check out the other (much friendlier) dive shops on the island.

My wife and I did the intro scuba experience. Mark was our instructor and he is awesome. He is adamant that you are comfortable before letting you dive and we felt very safe the whole time. He’s also hilarious. It was an amazing experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat. They provide all the equipment and their prices are comparable to the other companies.

I posted this review for the shop, but here it is since they have many sites. My boyfriend and I booked the discovery scuba tour with the company. We filled out the medical form on the reservation page and got the email showing the exact answers but NO INSTRUCTION whatsoever when he responded yes to one of the questions. We spent $150 to get there for the day, and one of the workers told us we needed the written medical note from the doctor. The doctor graciously gave yes for him to participate, but then the other worker changed upon us saying the doctor needs to fill out their customized form. They clearly did not know what they were doing, and frankly, they did not care. We got bumped down to snorkeling. The funny thing is that we met another couple in the group snorkeling tour who was in the exact same situation as us. Here is the warning and CLEAR instruction for the future customers because they seem to not care or want to change how they do with their business and communication. 1. Do not think answering all medical questions on the instant reservation page is all you need to do! 2. Contact them 3. Get a customized form from them for your doctor to sign if you say yes to any medical questions We'd have been able to do all that if we knew them beforehand. As a tourist, we did not have time nor way to figure these out on the spot. They take advantage of that. The view of the oceans and sea creatures during the snorkeling was beautiful, but I wish they had better communication and show more care.

Good, friendly helpful service, however some of their rental gear is old and worn out. I had three different regulators that had issues; first stage leaking air, inflation hose leaking and second stage leaking allowing water to enter the mouth.

I called before my visit cruise ship visit to inquire about diving in the park. They said bring as much or as little of my own gear as I wanted as they have everything. This included mask, snorkel, fins and booties. We only brought a towel to hide under while changing. My son did his 'open water' dives in Lake Tahoe so this was going to be his first true open water diving experience. I figured the park was an excellent spot for a new diver. Turns out it was nearly perfect. Upon arrival, a very nice young man handed over all the gear we needed. It was all in pretty good shape except for my son's depth gauge which was changed between our two dives. I highly recommend these guys if you are visiting and want to dive.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My friend Craig and I both signed up for the guided dive tour of Dive Park and our experience was fantastic. The customer service was out of this world. The dive master handled all of our equipment rentals for us and got us all set up very quickly. She was very informed and passionate about diving. She gave us a great briefing before the dive and was with us every step of the way into the water. Unfortunately my friend was unable to dive because he couldn't equalize his ear but he was able to go back ashore and they switched his SCUBA gear for snorkel gear. He still had a great time! I went on with the dive with the dive master and she showed me all the life that lives in Dive Park. We saw giant black sea bass, an eel, lobster, tons of fish, beautiful kelp, and even a small shark! I will be back in mid July and will definitely be doing business with this company again.
