Customer service is I guess okay the inventory I guess it's okay but having to be judged by my appearance is thinking that I'm sent up a criminal having to shop there for many years makes it difficult to shop there that's why I always got to take my business somewhere else it's not the store brand is the employers they don't see the big picture I believe that to work somewhere you need to have the passion for the work you do so you can enjoy it and I love it maybe like him so you could give that positive vibe and customer service are you looking to give to your customers

Edit because my daughter is no longer a baby with tiny feet & we continue coming usually 2-3 times per year.... My daughter has a small feet and it is hard to find cute shoes for her. However, we are always able to find her comfortable, cute, and good quality shoes here

I like their customer service although sometimes is hard to find the size of shoes you need because they are out of stock but they are quick to look up for you stores where the shoes might be available for you overall my experience has always been pleasant

Great customer service. I was helped by the Supervisor Angel H. Very helpful, he helped me find the shoes I wanted in my size to the finest detail( I was looking for the exact same pumas my husband got w/ a turquoise puma in a man size 7)..unfortunately they didn't have them at his store but he went out of his way and called another store to reserve the shoes I wanted. Very patient person best WSS service I've ever had. Would definitely be coming back here.
