None of them speak a single word in English. The engine belt in my friend's VW died while we were on the 58 highway. We stopped at this shop and, using the Google translate, explained what the problem was and asked the owner if he could help. The owner said "Si" and send a guy to the nearest AutoZone to get a new belt (25 miles from the shop). Three (!!!) hours later, the guy came back with the belt. For the next two hours, using a YouTube video as a guidance (yes, I'm serious), they tried to install the belt. Finally, the owner said that it was getting dark, so they would continue the work first thing tomorrow morning. We left the car with the key and came back next noon. The office was closed. There was nobody around except a young guy, no Ingles of course. We texted the owner and via Google translate he explained that the mechanic had never showed up for work that morning and the car was not ready. Via Zello, he reimbursed 50% of the money that my fiend paid. We called the AAA and had the car towed to my friend's place. Just stay away from those clowns.

Great place! It's a shop next to the Relax Inn, the guys are fast and reliable as they its a fast pace environment so expect to be finished, you can't go wrong with this place! Especially if you're in the middle of nowhere you should check it out and see for yourself.

Horrible experience. I called them for help when I got a flat tire in the middle of the desert. They said it’s doable and they will look for the tire. Communication was very hard and they barely picked the phone up. After an hour they said they located the correct tire size and it ‘should fit’ my wheel. How can it not fit when they knew exact tire size? After two hours of initial call they said they’re on it. Then hour after I called to check up and they asked whether I’m approving this job. Meanwhile I’m stranded in the desert desperate to get out. Once I confirmed with them they told me it will take 2.5 hours. Since then I’ve never seen them, never got a call or was contacted. And they never picked my phone up and I called a lot. Very irresponsible. If you’re not willing to help, they just say so. Don’t stall cos that made me stranded in the desert for way more longer than needed.

We found a nail in one of our tires which was causing a slow leak during our drive back to Sacramento from Vegas. The guys at Express Tires patched up our tire for $20 and got us back on the road within minutes! Awesome customer service and efficient work. Highly recommend!

They were super friendly and super fast! The only downside is that their prices seem a titch-high. It might just be because I'm from out of state, but one single tire was $130 for my 2011 Toyota Camry.

These guys are badass. Mounting tires by hand. I got a nail on my way back from mammoth and they got me in right away for a patch. And they was a very fair price. I definitely recommend these guys if you need a emergency tire repair.

These guys have me spoiled. No matter how many tires I Need up 8, I cant seem to finish a 30 minute break before Im done and out. They are so fast and reliable. Ive been coming here for 6yrs now.
