I went today 7/11 Karina the manager said the slurpy machine was not working there where like 8 and none of them where working they had a big sign on the outside and signs and every slushy machine I didn’t believe it so I tried them and they were working !! When I told her she was like no ma’am they don’t work!!! The pizza was burned I order pepperoni she gave me cheese she had the baddest attitude ever she charge me for the cup because I used It (to show her that the slushy machine was working) I got a book with coupons and she make me cut them the other 7-Eleven just take them like that!! She was rude and unprofessional… KARINA YOU ARE NOT A GOOD MANAGER IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT !!!!

7/11’s are usually kinda gross, this one is no different but they got everything I need on the go and the staff is always friendly. I’ll keep coming back here unless I get stabbed in the parking lot.

Everyone who works here is great but the white guy with reddish brown hair who works nights is always on point. I hope it's just a coincidence that he's always there alone when I come in. Give my man some time off! Clean store, good selection, prices aren't much higher than a supermarket so you're not really paying much for convenience. Some good deals on the app too.

Been to this location many times but after the discuss I witnessed will never return here. Again I witnessed a transit I purchase a hot dog go to the condiments section take the onions and pickles with there hand and put it on their hot dog when I let the cashier know what had happened she completely shrugged me off and when I let her know that how important the matter is and how the hepatitis of get someone sick she got upset fine Jeez I’ll take care of it so I was parked right in front as I waited about 20 mins for my barber to call me in next door I watched the cashier she never even walked to the condiments to throw them or take care of the issue but I did see other customers purchase more hotdogs used the same tainted picked and onions never have I been so discussed

UPDATE: July 11, 2019. I attempted to buy a slurpee today and joined the line of people trying to get a free slurpee but the staff kicked me out of line because they wanted to cut the machine off and stop giving away free slurpees. I would have understood if there was no more slurpee mix or if the machine was broken but there was plenty of chilled mix. I even told the staff that I was only there to buy 2 slurpees for my kids. This makes 2 years in a row that I wasnt able to get my kids slurpees and it is only because I went to the same 7 - 11 two years in a row. I am extremely disappointed in this organization. No slurpees available at 5PM on July 11, 2018. Sounds petty but it was the first time I wasn't able to get my kids slurpees on 7-11.

Convenient location to get coffee and donut for $2. Donut is extremely fresh at 6am and many flavors of coffee to choose from. Don't forget to use the 7-Eleven App, your 7th drink is free. Staff are fast and friendly

Out of the possibly hundreds of 7-11's I've been to in my life and all over the country few things surprise me. Pros: Redbox, cheaper cigarette's than most convenience stores from other parts of the county, very friendly staff, nice and cold store temp. Cons: Deep into East County and not as visible (you will see the sign, but not know where exactly it is), no gas station, not the greatest parking situation due to cross traffic. Not that great a selection of newer drink options, not as stark in brightness of lighting as I'm used to. The store is about average if your comparing to the older generation of 7-11's with the crappy brownish tile versus the newer suprbreight one's all decked in fluorescent lights and shiny fixtures. It's in a pretty good spot close to neighborhoods, schools and restaurants versus being stand alone. Chula Vista/Otay/Eastlake isn't a big hub for testing so I didn't see anything I'd never seen before. Come for the service and selection, not the size or amenities, except for the double wide redbox. Prices are par for the course of every other 7-11 in San Diego.
