Black lady that works there is rude. Will tell you bathroom is out of order but then she walked over and used it. I was a hydrogen customer which those pumps barely ever work. Don’t come here when in need

Don’t trust their street sign price.. they still charge you credit card price even if you use your Debit card. Went inside to tell them that, and she said that someone else complain too, but she don’t know how to help.

Shell gas is overpriced and they buy Russian fuel, while Russian military invades a country and kills civilians. Attacked the schools killed kids, parents, grandparents, heck they used a tank to run over a car with grandparents in it. Then they say they will give the profits to the people being attacked? Ugh. Look I'm sure the owners and staff of said stations are good people, but go someplace where they don't pay for for fuel to a country doing this garbage. I'd rather pay more then do business with a company supporting these activities. It's simply reprehensible. Owners, you need a new brand. Best of luck through this idiocy.

I go here quite often. the employees are friendly and helpful, but they are constantly training new people. For example, this morning at 4:45am I went here to buy two packs if smokes. There were two tranie's working. They did not know how to give the double cig $1.50 discount, after he rang up my order, they did know how to cancel the transaction so they could not start over. He asked for my ID after he rang me up. These poor guys left alone on their 1st night with no idea how to use the cash register. I'm sick of the blind blind leading here.

Went to the store I failed to have a covid-19 mask i asked if they have one to offer me they said no piss poor customer service did not offer to sell me one bought in bulk the cost on those cant exceed a 5 cents. Cost them a car wash half a tank of gas and a customer. I do believe there is a drive up window at that particular shell at least there used to be no mention of that either. Just not smart like home depot who has a container of disposable masks available at their entrance for every customer that walks in. They are smart enough to realize the few cents they cost isnt a big deal for profitting off their customers. Whats a couple cents when they spend hundreds of dollars. But what do i know well i know i wont be returning to shell at greenback n auburn any time in the near future.

Poor manager skill...onwers have poor customer service skills.. .they both are rude and have big mount. I wish this location should chose it's doors. Those peolpe do not deserve to be in business because they do not how to please customer. I use to stop for gas . One day one the owners insulted me and was rude, make my daughter cried with her big mounth...I never going to the store.

I arrived at this gas stay around 5:30 PM today, I want to pay cash, to fill up some gas, well, at the food it was a sign, saying ;”be right back.”) I’ve waiting for more that 15 minutes or more, and the cashier, didn’t came back yet, various customers arrived around the time I’ve waiting at here. Need to do a better service.

Very upset as a Lyft driver that, not only was this station without a bathroom when i stopped, but also all 3 surrounding gas stations at this corner. So not only did i waste my time and gas stopping at all 4 trying to find a restroom, but i almost couldn't hold it finding another place AND i had to log out of the driver app for quite some time looking for one. Very disappointed. To be fair, at least this one was generous enough to leave a sign on the door "NO CUSTOMER OR PUBLIC RESTROOM" so i didnt have to get out of my car for this one.

It may sound petty but.....NO bathrooms (for customers or public)!?!? Won't be stopping here again no matter the price of gas offered. Will definitely bypass this station on my weekly trips through the area. When you gotta go - you gotta go.

I have been coming here for years strictly for the car wash they have the more older school washes not that air wash crap these are the arms that's come down and scrub it my suburban loves it and it always gets nice and clean.
