I want to give a huge shout out to the men at this location. I had an issue with a hanging drip plate on my car and they helped me out. As a woman you get concerned that men at auto shops will either take advantage or treat you like your stupid. You will find none of that behavior here. They are certainly well worth your time and money.

I got an oil change. They said they checked my tires but when I got in my car the tires were still missing air. Now I’m not too sure they even changed my oil or replaced my oil filter

Came in to get an oil change for my GF’s car and they reminded us that we still had another 2,000 miles before the car actually needed an oil change, they checked the fluid levels and showed us that the oil was still clean. Honest gentleman. They could have not cared at all and just took our money but they actually kept it real and for that we will return when the car does need an oil change. Andre and Alfred was my first point of contact I was greeted by Alfred first then Andre and was asked what services was I there for today and I replied an oil change they were professional and if there was any other services needed and I said no just an oil change and told them this was my first time there that I’ve been to Jiffy Lube before but in another state. So they offered me and my daughter a seat as another guy proceeded to work only vehicle they were very thorough and had gone over everything that was being checked and what was being done and had given me options with the oil filters. These guys and The Hispanic guy who worked on my vehicle,( I didn’t get his name) but they are a great team, friendly and professional. I must say I was scepticle in going to Jiffy Lube because of the bad experience I had in another state but I know better than to pass judgement and put blame on people who had nothing to do with that experience, I will be returning for future services there not to mention it close to home and not far out of my to get there . The guys were great! Quick and professional and my car went to San Diego and back with no issues. They listened to my request for synthetic and applied my veteran's discount when I asked. Will definitely go there again. Service: Oil change

Took the car today in the morning for oil change, but the guy there disassembled the glove compartment to check the cabin air filter, I asked only for oil filter to be changed and add fresh oil initially but the guy did it anyway. When I got home I noticed that the glove compartment was not put in back correctly. It took me a beat to figure out how to fix this and I placed the review just to let anybody know that check closely your car before leaving this place as for me was a bad experience. I don’t think I’ll come back to this jiffy lube in 1701 Washington streets Colton.

It was absolutely a positive experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner and given all information up front. All done safely and everyone was kind and thorough. All the employees were in a good mood and that definitely was nice to see, everyone seems to enjoy being there even on a Sunday. If I still live in area, I will definitely be returning.
