OnQueStyle is my new go to consignment shop. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable about every bag, including the history of the designer. I learned so much today. I was beyond impressed with Eddie, Kirsten, and Asia. They all took the time to get to know me on a personal level, which I was not expecting but was so nice to find. Not only is their selection impeccable but they are incredibly kind, warm, knowledgeable, and professional. Asia had such a lovely disposition. OnQueStyle was the first of three stores I went into in CDM today. I only spent about 15 minutes in the other two consignment shops, before going right back to OnQueStyle and purchasing my first Chanel bag. Their selection is in wonderful condition and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their business and fashion/designers. They have a customer for life and I would (and will) recommend OnQueStyle - Asia, Eddie, and Kirsten to anyone.

Barbra and Sicley were absolutely amazing. 100% best service and treatment. Store is very modern and current , the staff are majorly friendly and the service was absolutely amazing. I usually don't write reviews but Sicley and Barbra deserves one. True example of what amazing top tier service is. Will be back soon :)

Over the top selection!! Extremely impressive. A very enjoyable atmosphere, the items are organized in a thoughtful manner making shopping so much easier. Loads of Chanel’s and Hermès. Super fun sales staff adds to the great experience. Definitely going to continue to shop with them online until I get back to California.
