the ppl are actually friendly and the guys pulling the trucks up quite honest. the prev reviews made me weary but no need, everything went perfect. so just follow the rules, fill up gas, fold stuff if you have it, take trash out and everything was great. if concerned just take photos. def recommend fr my perspective.

The employees are friendly and straight to the point. But the reason for my review is that they had left the lock on the trailer door and I had to drive all the way back to the Uhaul place for them to get bolt cutters to cut the lock off. Lost time, gas, and mileage they charge.

We rented a van and 12 furniture pads for one day to move two beds. Upon return of the rental, we were charged a $25.00 cleaning fee for the furniture pads. The employee said the fee is to fold the furniture pads. I will NOT rent from this location again.

Propane refills are priced competitively based on need, not as a flat fee like some other rip-off joints. There may be a 15 minute wait if the shop is really busy, but I was done in less than 10 minutes. Credit cards can be charged by staff’s mobile device and email receipts are an option; so, you don’t have to go in to the cashier. 👍

Tried to call and was on hold but that's all u-haul locations. Went it and parking is limited but was attended immediately. Was in/out within 30 minutes. Staff is helping, pricing is great.

Terrible store. I was reserved 26’ truck 3 days before come to store. They didn’t give me any notice or info and they said that we can provide 20’ truck when I was came to store .Also I was waited 30 minutes in line.

Inventory was fairly organized and well-stocked. Bathroom was clean. Lady at the counter was not nice and she wasn't mean either... she just gave off a odd feeling like she just didn't want to be there. The guy in the back had a real punk attitude. I called several times before I came yet still needed to wait over 10 minutes for a truck to move so they could bring the trailer out.. would have been a much longer of a wait but I took the initiative and walked around the back and politely asked the driver to move for a moment so we would hand cart the trailer out. That's when the punk attitude guy got all upset.

I come here for my propane tank refills. I just avoid the mornings and the parking is fine. If you get here early, good luck finding a parking spot.
