Highly recommend NOT banking at the Fallbrook branch. My check I deposited was put on hold the next day after specifically asking the teller and bank manger if there would be a hold and was told "NO" by both employees. Reason over a certain amount yet not even that certain amount was released. I have to wait a week for 10% to be released and another week for more of the funds to be available. When calling to dispute and try to get at least 10% released I asked for the managers name I was speaking with and she hung up on me. Ladies and gentlemen customer service right here at it's finest. Yes I called back and spoke to another manager. No never resolved. Yes, I am switching banks. Not first issue with this specific location. Alot of the staff seems unknowledgeable as if not much training. Not personable like other bank locations. (WHICH SURPRISES ME BECAUSE FALLBROOK PRIDES THEMSELVES ON THIS) over all I have had a BAD experience with this location. Not to mention ATM is almost always out of service.

I stopped by the branch in Fallbrook Ca. to discuss my business account with a bank officer. I had to stay in line for 20 minutes just to request to meet with some one. Some guy teller started asking me bunch of question and then told me I could not meet with anyone without an appointment. I felt I had waisted my morning going to the branch, staying in line and then sent away when I actually could see an office sitting in her cubical waiting for a customer. I consider this kind of service to be extremely poor.

Opened a charter account at Wells Fargo Anaheim Hills in 1978. No checking fees for that charter account that I still have today. Always good service at any of the branches that I have dealt with.

Try calling your local San Diego Credit Union or say, Bank of America branch! Try to get an appointment for a notary! I just stopped in my Wells Fargo Branch in San Marcos and they immediately notarized my document. My wife tried calling her B of A and couldn't even get thru! I just spent 15 seconds with a direct call to Fallbrook Wells Fargo and he said just come in tomorrow, we have plenty of notaries available!

Horrible experience cashing $1,000 check. After they took copy of my driver license and credit card, and they took my phone number, I had to wait 30 minutes until they contacted the person who issued the check. After phone call confirmation I gave them a thump print and they told me that my credit card as a second ID ins not valid because is not signed. I presented them with other ID with my picture and thump print and about 20 other ID's, but they were not satisfied. I wrote a letter to branch manager, but no response.

The location is good. It is in the cute old-fashioned downtown area of Fallbrook across the street from a beautiful fountain. The customer service has always been very professional.

The customer service at the Fallbrook branch is great. I've never had a bank go so far above and beyond my expectations to keep a positive relationship with its clients. The tellers are friendly and helpful and everyone seems to truly care about looking out for the best interests of their customers.
