If you’ve read my other reviews you’ll see it’s very difficult to such a low rating from me. Years ago we switched to RideAid for all of our pharmacy needs because of how friendly the clerks were. However there has been a new person added to the pharmacy here who has a special talent for being incredibly rude. My daughters, wife and now I have all experienced this from the same person on different days. It is not a person just having a bad day. Therefore I cannot recommend coming to this pharmacy any longer. If this was a one time thing I would never write a review like this. I hope Rite Aid can make changes before they lose more business. These guys were amazing. My truck started to have power steering issues on our trip back from San Diego to Idaho. I called them up and they got me in right away, and within about an hour I had my answer and they helped me feel safe and confident finishing up the drive home with my little family. They are all hard workers and very friendly. ~Brian

I took our van in for air-conditioning service and to have the tires rotated. They found and solved other problems I have been dealing with for a long time but mostly forgotten about. Their prices were reasonable but their service was great. Most automotive shops just break out their air gun when they put tires back on your vehicle. Here they actually check the spec and torque each bolt properly to the manufacturer specs. That’s the level of detail you will get from Autoheim. Expert and friendly service. I will be getting my vehicle serviced here from now on. ~Don

This might be long… I’m a single mother and not only did my truck stop working, but after the repairs, my daughters car needed repairs. 100% love these guys. Having repairs needed sucks no matter what- knowing that these guys treat you like family and having them truly support me in helping my daughter get back on the road - is priceless. Watching people walk in and out of their shop just to say “hi” or watching them great their customers on a first name basis is nothing short of impressive. They work hard. They are honest. It’s obvious that they have lifetime clients - 1 woman sat and talked to the owner about what has been happening in her life and having the owner listen - attentively- she as exactly what the world is missing in terms of auto care. I literally will not bring my vehicle anywhere else in the future- they became my village. Offering to help pick me up or drop me off was just an additional display of a small business that truly cares. They are dog friendly, too so … walk in and you’ll see dog toys, bowls and food - plus treats. Come on- need I say more? AMAZING! I am a small business owner and the charming yes, charming professional couple who own this store made my day. I took my 1986 Dodge W250 into the shop a few days ago with what I had thought was a wiring issue. Jim was more than happy to help me out and gave me honest, quick, and quality results. What ended up being a simple fix could have easily been an expensive bill at a dishonest shop. I will definitely be taking my truck back to Jim in the future. Highly recommend! ~Eryan
