Horrible experience I ordered through Uber eats and they apparently gave my food away to someone else but on the app it said my food was still being prepared when my delivery driver put me on the phone with them they said to take it up with Uber eats then closed the window and walked away I’ve tried calling the store several times as well and they did not answer terrible customer service !

I was just recently approved for ebt and when I discovered that they accepted it I was very overwhelmed with being able to return to my favorite childhood place to see what was now on the menu and wanted to order one of everything! Thanks

Credit Card and Ebt was down again. CASH only. Same employee working the drive through when the card machine stops working.. Asking for cash only raises a bunch of red flags... I wont be going back anytime soon. Ebt is always down or not working The link provided by the business is not valid.

Went there to nights in a row, dining room closes at 8:00pm and they aren't accepting EBT right now. The woman cooking the food had her face mask down under her chin and was coughing. Waited almost 10 min for my soda after they had already given me my hamburger...

Sign posted on the doors read "dining room open from 8am to 8pm" I arrived at 8:10am doors not open. I leave check in at my post come back at 8:25am doors still wasn't open. The manager (I'm assuming) heavy set guy was rude and disrespectful when he finally did open the doors and I was let in. Bottom line I will never return to this store ever again.

So where is the cherry. The clerk just took my order without letting me know they were " out of cherries" when I recieved my order I asked about it and he was rude and gave me attitude. I didn't asked for a free shake I paid for it!!!!!

Didn't like the fact I ordered $34 plus food items and cashier forgot shake ordered. Plus fries were not flavorful or fresh and hot. In other words they were dried out cooked. Please be attentive to cooking a burger correctly as an art.

Don't ever come here on your lunch break. They take forever for no reason. You can be the only person there and order a small amount of food and it will at minimum take them 15 minutes to make your stuff. The employees don't care. Trash location. Train your employees not to lag, I thought this was supposed to be a fast food place.

The metal chairs and minimalist sanitary aesthetic make me feel like I'm locked up or in some govt office like social security. Perhaps the clientele warrants such decor, but everything seemed cool whenever I've gone there. I always end-up here for breakfast, tho'. Perhaps the riff-raff sleeps-in around here. The cashiers who have rung me have been professional, polite and accurate. Wait. That's just like sheriffs at the jail. This is getting weird. There are security cameras all over the interior and exterior. Like jail. The restroom entrances are in the main room. Like jail. During my most recent visit, my fries were cold and my burger wasn't fresh - even though I waited long enough for them to cook fresh. Just like jail. Does this seems odd to anybody else?
