I've only had great experiences here. All the bankers and tellers have been so helpful and makes me feel welcomed particularly by Michelle and Charisse. They remember us by name! Yes, lines can be long at certain hours and they might be short staffed, but I feel that is not the bank's fault. Only regret is I wish I have found US bank sooner.

The manager here is awesome! Every time I come she makes me feel welcomed. The only thing is the line is always long. The tellers are really slow here but the manager has done a great job assisting me so still giving 5 stars.

Very long wait times at this branch to talk to a banker at their desks. I Waited here for 1 hour and they were still not able to get to me so I left. I had to go there twice to help my sister open a bank account but apparently they have some very strict rules to open a bank account. Your ID card can't be too new (60 days) and the proof of address has to be recent (60 days).

Its crazy that I'm reading such low review of this branch . I've have been banking here forever and every-time I go there is hardly a wait and the bankers remember you by mane. I love it there

I really didn't feel comfortable with my banker . She made me feel like a criminal while opening my account. I opened the account to help my father pay his mortgage. And she almost ran me off from the bank itself but us bank was the bank we needed. While im very familiar with bank procedures being a personal banker myself, she came off rude and snobbish. So I never set foot in here. The vons branch is more warm and friendly.
