Honest folks, honest prices. When the part I ordered wasn’t actually in stock, they waived the 20% add-on fee to have it shipped directly from Porsche / out of Germany. Their parts experts, particularly John, are also absolutely outstanding. All in all, the kind of business you feel glad to be a loyal customer of!

I have purchased parts from them for years. I would say my last 2 order experience's have changed my buying preference's. I have had multiple problems. Wrong parts received. Brake rotors not even wrapped so they bang and nick during shipment. To try and get any resolution they make you jump through hoops when it was clearly a mistake on their part. When you start taking your vehicle apart only to find the parts they shipped were incorrect, what a waste of time and effort. Now you have to try and get them accept responsibility and God knows how long that might take When I posted this I never expected to hear back from the company! It's refreshing in todays society to hear back from a company that cares. We spoke for some time about problems and solutions going forward. I owe it to them to try their parts service again in the future. Thank you for addressing this issue!

Placed an order for a $200 belly pan 6 days ago. Exceeded the weight/size for +$99 free shipping, was charged $25 in shipping charges on original invoice. Today get an email that it's too big and they want another $160 for fedex ground shipping. Unfortunately lost 6 days now without my parts and have to go find another source. Refund was no problem but can't get back 6 days of my time wasted. +1 star for customer service being helpful but wont be shopping here in the future.

We've been using Pelican for years now, to get parts for the European cars that come into our shop. Many dealers are on backorder or just can't get the parts, but Pelican has always come through. Shipping is fast, and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them. They are the first place I go to if I can't find the parts that I need, locally.

I've been doing business with Pelican Parts for a number of years now and have always been pleased with the ease of finding the right parts on their website, reasonable prices and accuracy of the orders that arrive quickly, My latest parts order was no exception. I found the parts for my Porsche easily and they arrived faster than I would have thought possible. I was able to complete the full brake job in a couple hours on the weekend after placing the order on a Thursday. Parts were correct and fit perfectly making installation a breeze. Their selection of parts and their tutorial pages are also excellent.

In the light of Pelican Parts' management reaching out to me the next business day after I posted this review with an apology, I feel the need to update my rating. I was not offered any discounts or other privileges in exchange for this update. In my opinion, the company has handles this issue well enough to deserve a updated rating. I placed an order with them hoping to get my order faster in AZ than if I were to order from FCP Euro on the east coast. Not only did Pelican fail notify me that the part is out of stock until I inquired about my order after a week of placing it, but hey also did not ship the remaining order until I messaged them again inquiring about the status days after initial inquiry. This is exactly the level of customer service you would get from ECS (that owns Pelican). Will not buy from the conglomerate ever again!

Updated review: I got a call from pelican parts after my initial one star review and they price matched me a part and next day aired the part. It got here when expected and works for what we needed! Thank you for working with me and making it all happen. Any future parts will be ordered from here as needed! Was really hoping this could be our one stop shop for all Porsche parts. After waiting a week and a half for my part to ship out, I called and the 1 relay that was in stock when I ordered was no longer available. Talked to parts which were kind and helpful but when transferred back to customer service to see if I could have my order expedited because I've been waiting so long and no one reached out about the oos part, they said they could expedite the processing part but would not cover the expedited shipping costs and have it delivered in a timely manner. I have a car show to go to. I've already waited long enough.

I had been waiting for all 3 motor/transmission mounts for my 2001 Saab 9-3 from a different Seller where the International Shipping is provided by eBay. My purchase from them was more than a month ago because of shipping delay or loss. (this was not the Seller's fault). I gave up waiting. On the morning of the 8th I purchased the 3 mounts from Pelican, rec'd them at my residence in Vancouver, BC Canada at noon on the 9th. (shipping by FedEx about $50). Yesterday afternoon I installed the RH motor mount, and the LH transmission mount. As I write this note on the morning of the 10th, I am telling you how happy I am with Pelican, before I go to install the 3rd mount.
