Been coming here for about 10 years.Great store, almost all the time have what I need. Usually their all really helpful, and friendly. Then you have the one that isnt so helpful, and friendly! Third time I thought would be a charm with Asha, nope! She has the worst customer service skills, and never seems happy. I've never had to bag my own because the staff has ALWAYS been nice, helpful, and friendly. She just pushes your items with bags till it hits the end, doesnt say thank you, or have a nice day then just moves on to the next. I said your not even going to help? It may not be a requirement to bag customers items, but instead of just standing there with a stink face you cant as a courtesy help out? Impressions up front are a reflection of the store! She is ALWAYS in a terrible mood, and is never helpful. Other than her, everyone else is always so helpful and the store is clean, and well organized.

The store is fairly big, lots and lots of deals especially for people like me who live on a budget and cook all their meals. They have Impossible burgers!!

This is for the mission blvd grocery outlet. The checkout clerk is very nice and cheerful. I left an item and they came out and found me to give me the item I missed. That's as good as it gets! This is my grocery store now! Still good after many years. They're consistent and I can depend on them.

Cheap stuff, 20-80% cheaper, after visiting a Grocery outlet bargain market, it frankly just doesn't make sense to buy 90% of things from Walmart or Costco anymore. Not everything is that way though, because some things (5%) are at market rate or even more expensive and some things you can find cheaper in dollar stores. See attached images to see examples of healthy foods on heavy discounts!
