Very lazy staff. I did not want to go here because of previous experience but my daughter really wanted it. I understand how frustrating it is having customers show up close to closing time because you're trying to go home but a whole hour before closing and you're "out of chicken" no you just don't want to make anymore. The lack of responses to all these bad reviews should be enough said.

The staff of august 5th at approx 9:20pm were very disrespectful. KFC should really work on hiring better staff. Very lazy and won’t do their job. I’m a service provider as well and when customer want I give. Should be equal everywhere!

I wasnt impressed with the customer service. I went thru the drive thru after looking at their online menu. An was told they no longer had those items. The lady taking my order was very rude an rushed me to place my order so I felt pressured. I ended up ordering something not exactly what I wanted just to get thru. An wished I wouldnt have ordered anything at all. The food was good but I dont plan on going back because of the rude employee. They lost me as a customer

Nicest staff! Very kind and helpful. In a time when stores are having trouble keeping staff, this place should commend their hard working and wonderful people.

It's been 9 years since I've had KFC. This store in particular is much better before the pandemic. The staff was great and I don't know who that lady was who asked me if I wanted the lights turned on in the dining area. I thought it was very considerate of her but it was too hot outside to have lights on.

After finding out I’m losing 37% of my income for child support at the court down the street, I came here with what dignity I had left and it was the best KFC I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. (the chicken not the child support)
