I must say that the wireless service and now internet service are working great. I usually have great reception, and often have reception were other companies do not. The reason for the three stars is the costumer service. Although the reps I speak to appear helpful and are pleasant to interact with, I seem to always have to call in a minimum of 3 times to get things corrected. For example I added two lines through an offer promising free phone with each line activated. But Verizon was charging me for the phones, after a couple of calls I was able to get credit on one phone, but then had to call in again for the other one. Now I wanted to switch the home internet speed now that faster speed is available in my area. the rep set me up with a whole new line and sends me an additional modem. So I get charge for internet service on two lines instead of one, have to call back to get it rectified and have to go to ups to send back the new modem that was not needed, then I had two make 2 more calls to get the bill adjusted to reflect only one internet connection. It is tiring, at least the hold times have improved so making a call is not as painful.

Worst decision of my life. I wish I never switched and now I’m stuck. No wonder the “ can you hear me now” guy left. Started services in February with a buy one get one free promotion. Its almost October and they have yet to get the credit right. I have to call monthly for a manual credit. Then the supervisor offered me a 35% bill credit for my inconvenience and that hasn’t reflected correctly on my bill either. For some reason I thought they were one of the best companies to be with. I can’t express the disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Ordered telephone cord for cell they pulled up my account and they knew what type of phone I have and what cord is used well I was sent the wrong cord called and complained I guess the customer service rep was somewhere in Thailand or some foreign country. Did not bother to resolve the problems too many lies that didn't make sense so now I'm getting ready to call the corporate office probably won't get nowhere with them either been a customer of Verizon for 24 years and 6 months and this the type of service I get I think before the year is out I will be changing my carrier peace out......

I know that Verizon will not care about this review and probably won’t even reply to it, but I am going to put this out there for people to read. I have been with V for 7y now and I started of with a $4500 spending limit and now some computer is saying at least what the people that work there are saying. That it ran a Analysis of me and and lowered it to $1500 no one can tell me why and never received anything from them as to why, I have never been turned of I have pad of about 10 phones and 5 tablets 5 watches, but was told that doesn’t matter to them, I am ready to change companies but they all are just as bad. I think that V knows this and will do what ever they can get away with. So keep in mind that they do what they want and change things when they want to, but you can’t do that to them.

A Verizon employee billed my credit card three times for one Apple Watch and it’s been over 90 days and there’s no resolution and now they wanna disconnect my phone because I don’t feel like paying $1589 for one Apple Watch that with their promotion should’ve cost me less than 300. I have spent over 80 hours on the phone with Verizon with zero progress.

I called a guy who told me to go to Irvine store on Alton Pkwy. A gal named Kathryn was the person who I asked for help. My phone is a iPhone 11 that accidentally got locked and it had a dark screen. She took 2 minutes and told me I burnt the screen and my phone was worthless. I asked her if she had any trouble shooting experience? She said “no” and said she was new. I left really disgusted with Verizon customer service. I decided to stop in at Mobile since they had a promotion. I explained what Verizon said and he said let me check it out. I walked around for 30 minutes and when I got back my phone was working perfectly. Good thing I did not trash it. He got nothing out of it but understands the importance of good customer service. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone.

I have been a LOYAL Verizon customer since BEFORE it was VZ (GTE). Over 20 years!!! I have NEVER been given a loyalty discount without asking for/DEMANDING it!?! 4months ago I was promised a discount. Didn’t happen. 3 months ago same convo, didn’t happen AGAIN. 2 months and 1month ago, SAME CONVO…DIDN‘T happen AGAIN!! AND: VZ rep seriously tried to say that the same charge amount was a discount!?! Wow! Twilight zone of STUPIDITY. No more Verizon. Prepaid cards are HALF THE PRICE of VZ account!!! And they use the SAME towers!!! Lol!! Wow VZ: you are THIEVES STEALING from me when I am laid off because of “COVID” but somehow all your employees still get to work. My business is going elsewhere.

We have had Verizon for years. Recently they changed the plan on my husbands personal emergency phone for when he is on the road and he has not had service or been cut off due to lack of funds. They do not update his phone or send texts letting him know what he has left like the old plan. So we went to straight talk to transfer his phone number. We had all the information needed. Did the change at 9 am. Checked an hour later not working called straight talk. They told us we had the wrong security code. Called Verizon confirmed called Straight Talk verified waited nope same answer. This has gone on until 6:30. Called Verizon explained my frustration, no screaming, no raised voice, please thank you, put on hold with no music for 45 minutes. Called back on hold 52 minutes, called back told they were not available. Tried to go through a different department on hold for 2 minutes. Francisca so very nice, when through everything, was wonderful, told me she had to go to the department I had tried to go to, put on hold 62 minutes. Still no answer. Called a local Verizon store, she told me to call Straight Talk and ask them to conference me in. She was nice. Corporate? No help and all they have to do is fix a security pin number UNBELIEVABLE. So now it is 8:12 and straight talk says you are closed. So we start the process all over tomorrow.

I have been with Verizon wireless for few years. I like the Verizon features when I’m overseas with the travel pass. Today on November 01 at 10:30am I tried to speak to AN agent. After waiting for awhile an agent took my call then put me on hold again( never happened before). SHE was not in a helpful mood and keep asking me to talk slowly( no customer service had asked me to) that gets me irritated. She then hung up!!! I hope Verizon should investigate and get her fired or demote to a position from being a customer service position. She is in no position to handle the Verizon clients.

Clean campus, good cafeteria food, stale office interior though. The EV charging is quite expensive too.
