I love costco in general. In my personal opinion, the costco in Palm Desert has better selection of items but a lot more people. If you're looking for the essentials and less of a crowd, come here.

Visited this store three times in a week and found the employees to be careless and lazy. Nobody knows anything & claim ignorance if asked questions. Cashiers need training on courtesy towards customers. They not even do eye contact. They are more interested in chatting with other employees.

Today we went to Costco to get our second covid booster. We walked in and we were called in 20 minutes. Ann gave us our vaccine ivdidn't even feel it. She was nice and very friendly.

I was unable to go inside costco today I send my dad inside to buy what we needed with my card. They treated him like a total criminal cashier was yelling at him that he couldn't use that card and started calling other staff to see what was going on and people behind my dad were offering him to use their card because of the embarrassment they have giving him . This is not right disrespectful and unnecessary. They could have just told him professionally. What a shame of a place . I'm so upset they treated him that way.
