Before finding ABC Pharmacy, I was looking for a pharmacy that would accept a coupon from the manufacturer as the out-of-pocket price for me was too high. I had called other pharmacies but most of them told me to send the prescription first to them and then they could check. However, when I called ABC Pharmacy, they kindly checked my coupon over the phone and assured me that they could honor me that price. When my prescription arrived to their location, they quickly processed it within minutes. Although I live in Riverside (about one hour from the pharmacy), they were able to ship my medication the next day and I received it before noon. The courier was super nice and even left my package in a safe spot. Lastly, I really appreciate the small candies in package. Overall, I highly recommend ABC Pharmacy. Everyone who I spoke to was super nice.

The phone often rings 10 times with no answer. Sometimes it goes straight to hold with no answer after 2 - 3 minutes with no answer. The shipping service has declined too. I used to order on Monday and get my prescription the following day. Now it takes 2 or 3 days to get the medication. The shipping is so unreliable it's now safer just to pick up the medication myself. EDIT The owner/manager called to offer help in improving service. I'm holding off on switching pharmacies. EDIT: Since I talked with the manager, the service has been better. Because of the pandemic, shipping is so iffy that I usually pick up my prescriptions rather than have them shipped.

I am currently under the medical care of several multiple specialty physicians, and ABC Pharmacy has always put my health as their top priority by ensuring I receive the medical care and medications I need on time. It was very evident from the moment I met the team at ABC Pharmacy several years ago their team treats their patients as individuals and does everything possible to improve their patients' quality of life by ensuring they receive the medications they need in a timely manner. I chose ABC Pharmacy as my permanent pharmacy due to the care the team has taken to help me with all of my medications. Sharon (the pharmacist) has always been very diligent in her care with my medications, and has helped me with any questions or concerns I have. Sharon is one of the most compassionate and intelligent pharmacists I have been privileged to meet - Sharon has such a beautiful heart and truly cares for her patients. Branden has been an extremely exceptional member of the team as he has taken so much time to sync my medications (and this alone was a very time consuming and challenging process given my health). Branden ensures my medications are always delivered with accuracy and on time, takes initiative with ordering future medications, requests refills for me, and excels with both his compassion and continual help with my medical needs. Branden truly cares for his patients. William has also gone above and beyond in helping me, and always is genuine and kind towards his patients. William has assisted me with tracking my packages and ensuring I receive my medications on time, and has always been so kind towards me and my medical care. The entire team at ABC Pharmacy has been exceptional. Sharon has an amazing team. I will forever be grateful and thankful to ABC Pharmacy for always treating me as an individual, and helping me with all of my medical care - all while making me feel like family - thank you ABC!!!

Every time I have asked her for medication recommendations to speak with my doctor about, my doctor always loves her ideas! I have been going here now for many years and they really are the best. They will also ship you your meds very fast (I get them on the same day or next day), and the staff is great. But at the end of the day, the pharmacist is my favorite ever! @Sharon!

Really frustrating experience here. I was suppose to get a mediacation delivered Thursday after my Wednesday visit with my doctor. The doctor recommended this pharmacy and said they are great and deliver super quickly, so instead of picking it up at cvs like I normally do- I went with this pharmacy. I called both Thursday and Friday to check on the delivery of my medication- and received rude and Un-informative responses. It's now Saturday and I have to wait until Monday. I can't even get the med transferred to cvs pharmacy because the pharmacy is closed. Very disappointed.

Very friendly & professional staff. My dermatologist recommended ABC Pharmacy, and they did not disappoint. They had my meds delivered to my door within 24 hrs after my derm appointment. Sharon the pharmacist answered all my questions & you can tell they really care about their patients, thank you!!!

Staff very friendly and they know who you are when you call. Thank you William, Brandon and Amanda I only had a problem once with a female who rarely answers the phone. This morning I called and Amanda was able to fit me in with a free delivery today! I hear friends complaining of long wait time at their pharmacy. It's a no brainer to make the switch!

Just like an old fashion car salesman. The man I spoke with on April 27th, 2020 at 11:11a was rude and a pusher. When I told him I was getting a great price from RiteAid and will stick with them, he said, "ok" then immediately hung up. I didn't even get to ask him a couple more questions like: Why was my pharmacy told that you had already shipped it to me without my authorization? Was that a lie? Or is this medication truly being mailed to me without my authorization of the expensive copay. (?) Hmmmm... Very fishy... I wonder if my doctor knows this is how they conduct business? She will today. Go forward with caution, ask all the questions. I have no trust in this pharmacy.

This is by far my favorite pharmacy in orange county! The new pharmacist is absolutely amazing and is incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable! Lois, the original pharmacist was really amazing and was a lot of fun to work with and speak with, and she promised all of the patients that she was going to hand pick a new pharmacist that was excellent, and I think she did a really great job finding the new pharmacist. She is also from Asia and is incredibly smart and kind and really funny and fun to talk to as well . My best friend/fiancé is there on a weekly basis and always comes out of the office extremely happy and always tells me great things about the office and the pharmacist. Sean has also been great over the past year and is also extremely helpful. In fact I think all of the employees at ABC pharmacy are excellent! The location is Kind of hidden, however I actually like this because of the fact that it’s our hidden gem, so because of that there’s never a wait and we always get outstanding service. I’m really happy with this facility and we absolutely love the new pharmacist!
