On August 16th I went to Branch to ask about Personal loan letter which I have received , Manager was very helpful and responsive , he had done some Identification update in my profile which I never saw on screen what was that. On August 17th when I went to bank to do the rest of process the APR they offer was very high %14.47 so I said I don't want to apply for this loan. But unfortunately I was told eh at the end of my name dose not fit at their record so again they have done a lot of maintenance, and edit on my customer profile on their side and when I asked for seeing it on screen for confirm or a copy of that he refused ,Instead he submitted a concern to line of business executive of wells fargo which i never requested him to do that. Thanks for your service but I still not sure what was in my customer profile and what has been changed whether my full name and other information are correct on their end.

Went there today 6/17, but a sign posted said it's close and refer to the Laguna Woods branch. A real bummer just drove from Laguna Woods, but opt to come to this location instead since I have been coming here forever.

I have an account with different bank. The reason I stopped at the Wells Fargo bank was to cash a check written on this bank. It was from a different branch of Wells Fargo though. At first the teller asked if I had an account at that bank, I said no. Then they told me I would have to go to the branch where the check was written. I asked to take to the manager and he went ahead and cashed the check

So my fiance has complained about them. I asked her to get me a direct deposit slip for my work. We have a joint account. But they told her that I had to come in. It's the same routing number if she did it. But I digress. I go in today to open a business account and we had the opportunity to have the same person who told her that I needed to be there. So she asks for the business paperwork which I have via electronic. But she needs apparently the hard copies or the paperwork. Then I'm like that's fine and leave. I call another bank and there like that's fine or we could look it up. So apparently Wellsfargo is being lazy. All the reviews stating they have cute tellers who cares if their cute or not? If their cute idiots that does me no good.

Ask to see a banker and was told it would be a few min and waited over 30 min and no one bother to help me. I asked again and was told that it would be a fewer more min and no one helped me out so I decided to leave and go to another bank and was helped promptly. The is the second time that I’ve had to wait over 20 min to see a banker and I’m not help. This shows bad customer service for such a well known bank.

I am going to be frank. They have some pretty cute tellers who work here. I have been with Wells Fargo for six years and they have been annoying me lately by the fact that they always try to push additional services on me. But, having said that when I go to a bank I like it when I see attractive bank tellers. At least give me that. A Wells Fargo branch will be either really good at this or really bad at this. This particular branch is really good at this and I don't know if its on purpose (oh course they could never say if it was) or just by accident.
