This pharmacy has the worst customer service i am asked to help a friend having cosmetic surgery today. The surgeon does not issue the prescription until the surgery starts. So of course the patient can not be at the pharmacy. California did not put her first name on her driver's licensce. She is from another country so her English is learn as you go while here so the license did not get made correctly. They would not fill the prescriptions because the surgery is in San Diego and I live in lake elsinore where I am waiting to go pick her up 7 hours later. My licensce has my biz address on it in garden grove I live in an r.v. on the lake while waiting to build on land in the same town. All they gad to do was call the surgeon to verify the existence of the surgery and the need of the medication and the person exists. One call would determine there is no fraud. They wanted a credit card with her name on it to verify the first name saying a phone call was not appropriate as the surgery is not happening in lake elsinore. I obviously do not have any other cards or identifying documents of hers.

This place is horrible. I'm not going to write a novel. The pharmacist is incompetent and when called out, she will threaten you. Be warned.

This store is very scandalous. They conveniently claim to be "out of" your whole prescription so they can charge you extra. You pay for your partial prescription and when you come in for the rest, they charge you AGAIN. The order was for 15 tablets, they conveniently only had 12 allegedly, so the girl gives me 10 tells me the rest will be in in a few days, and she charges me $8. I come back and now mysteriously they said they gave me 12 ( only ten were given) the guy tells me I can have the 3 remaining but are now charging me another $4. If they had given my the whole prescription it would have been $9. So now they conveniently make an extra $3 on my medication. I'll bet that adds up to quite a lot when they do this to everyone. CRIMINALS!! I'm going to report this to whomever I can in the pharmaceutical industry as well as to the BBB.

This Walmart reminds me of Kmart it seems to be in a dying age just at Kmart was a few years ago. it's not crowded, not on a Sunday at least. limited staff and not doing much. employee were nice though.
