Best pharmacy in Lake Elsinore, California (CA) 2024

This pharmacy has the worst customer service i am asked to help a friend having cosmetic surgery today. The surgeon does not issue the prescription until the surgery starts. So of course the patient can not be at the pharmacy. California did not put her first name on her driver's licensce. She is from another country so her English is learn as you go while here so the license did not get made correctly. They would not fill the prescriptions because the surgery is in San Diego and I live in lake elsinore where I am waiting to go pick her up 7 hours later. My licensce has my biz address on it in garden grove I live in an r.v. on the lake while waiting to build on land in the same town. All they gad to do was call the surgeon to verify the existence of the surgery and the need of the medication and the person exists. One call would determine there is no fraud. They wanted a credit card with her name on it to verify the first name saying a phone call was not appropriate as the surgery is not happening in lake elsinore. I obviously do not have any other cards or identifying documents of hers. ~david

Costco has never let us down with our regular shopping... but this pharmacy has frustrated our family for the last time. They’ve had issues with my Tricare in the past which caused me to pay out of pocket. It’s not a huge deal but the process of applying for a refund is lengthy and not fun. What really irritated me is my daughter needed a prescription. I was told they would have it the following day. I went in the following day and they hadn’t even ordered it. Then I physically talked to someone when I needed a refill to confirm they WOULD have the product the following day, the pharmacy didn’t have it AGAIN. I called yesterday because my daughter needed a new prescription. They confirmed this prescription would be ready today. Once again we go in and they had not even ORDERED IT. I would much rather do business anywhere else. The staff and the automated phone system need to have better communication and my daughter won’t be suffering because of it anymore. ~Emily
