This store has horrible customer service. Before going into the store, I called to find out if they carried a particular item. Unfortunately the phone rang and nobody ever picked up. This store rates a big fat ZERO.

The customer service here was horrible! 2 associates one male and female were at the counter. They paused their conversation just long enough to say hello. They didn’t offer assistance or nor did they stop their conversation which including mostly curse words. It’s very unprofessional to stand at the front of your place of business And use obscene language and ignore your duties which include helping the customers. The selection at this location is also a problem. They have 3 walls of just fitted hats. When I asked where the snap backs were they didn’t bother to show me they just pointed to an area on the wall. Didn’t find what I needed nor did I get assistance so I left this store quickly. This is precisely why I do my shopping online.
