Pharmacist is so nice, friendly and helpful!! And there is a seating area to sit if there is a wait. I just moved to the area and was sad to leave my old pharmacy but was delighted to discover this pharmacy is great too!!!

Very friendly and courteous. I miss the pharmacy people at 211 Cherry AV. It appears that I'll have excellent customer service at the City Place Rite Aid.

Today at 4:24PM .Register # 3. Cashier name"STEPHANIE". I love going this store ,very near by where I live actually. Today I wanted to used my Samsung option payment, I had asked to this WOMAN (white woman) if I could used as Samsung payment debit card. GUESS WHAT SHE ASKED ME!! of course in a very sarcastic mode. ' YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE CHIP DEBIT CARD?. 🙄 I didn't have to explain her anything. Why ? If we have different debit card options payments,definitely I'm going to have to use the best and safe way to pay . But definitely this woman needs more training on customer service to do her job well.

I asked to use the bathroom and the lady at the pharmacy desk was so rude to me, older Asian lady, look if you don’t like your job that’s on you but don’t take it out on potential customers. Other than that the regular customer services workers were very respectful especially the stockers

There seems to be a shortage of cashiers. Each or almost each time that I happen to go there, there is a line and the waiting time goes for about 5 minutes. I had my passport picture taken there but the pics were inadequate. There is some convenience there such as the pharmacists and also key making services. But in general if you are in a rush don't go there you'll end up getting frustrated.

I can ALWAYS find a Good Deal anywhere in this Store,and The customer service people are Super Kind,and "Not just there cuz they have to be!" attitude and they are SO MUCH MORE OF A DEAL other than The Extremely OVERPRICED competitors like Walgreen,and especially CVS!They even have an Ice Cream Server,and that reminds me of MY HAPPIER DAYS and makes RITE -AID my FAVE!

Am very happy to have transferred my prescriptions here to a wonderful pharmacy staff (store staff is also great). Rosa and Tracy are awesome and very helpful. Finally, a pharmacy with heart!

Not a bad place, I come here quite often. Only complaint is that there tends to be a giant line, and sometimes just one person who works three cash registers at once. Can't they get someone else to help? Don't bother using the photo kiosk here, it's useless, old, hard to use, and the printer won't print anything bigger than 4x6.
