Christian D. “ customer sales satisfaction” Was extremely disrespectful. I came inside for a diagnostic report. He said he would help me but as soon as he went outside and saw my little brother he had an issue about assisting me saying they have a “new manager “ and it was policy that he could not help me. I was so upset this is my first time at this certain location never am I coming here again. Most guys always looking lazzy like their moms made them get up early for school. Making you feel like you are there asking for free parts. Other than that. Products speak for themselves.

They're good, but I need it to use the computer on my car a few times, to find out what's wrong with the check engine light, and is never available, I spend so much money in here as the other people. So get another computer or take that away from the commercials, as a free services!

Since the store managers switched and have basically a new crew the customer service and appreciate is there any more. Took my battery there to get it charged they told me to it would take 45min to and hour to charge so they told come back then.
