Every so often you can find something cool here, but be prepared to deal with the grimiest people in there

Very well run thrift shop. Thrift store prices, less than Goodwill. Okay they have furniture household goods clothing baby stuff sporting goods toys. I go back again and again. Masks still required August 26th 2021.

Horrible customer service every time I step into the store I’m greeted with negative comments. Will not be returning.

Had to write this review to counter the other complaints. This place is staffed by volunteers! And they are doing their best. It is a tough job accepting donations at a thrift store, much less in a small, remote rental-based town under covid19. I could tell they were doing their best but people were being impatient and not listening to where to drop things off. Slow down and be kind. And if you don't like something: volunteer yourself! Also I believe they only accept donations on Wednesdays & Saturdays currently. I did find the store itself to be on the expensive side, but I also thought the quality of the stuff was better than a typical thrift store so it evens out.

We've been going to Cast Off for years. It's a fun place to go to because of all of the unexpected treasures at incredible prices. Volunteers manage everything. All proceeds go to Mammoth Hospital.

Extremely busy even though it was only five minutes past opening. Didn't find anything, but they had a decent variety of used clothes, housewares, antiques, skiing/snowboarding gear, etc.

Terrible costumer service!!! I've never taken donations to a place and had them be angry they were receiving donations. The last 2 times I've donated they were extremely rude and acted like it was a burden. Yesterday was and will be the last time I donate anything to this place.

Best thrift shop in Mammoth. Visit every time I stay here. Found some great finds.

The fact that kids can't go into a store for used stuff is unbelievable the lady tried to tell me to leave my daughter at the front by herself is a joke like this store.
