Everyone is always so friendly. Very organized and clean. Just wish they had pants by size. Still worthy of 5 stars

Very bad customer service, the young girl at the front doesn’t smile and doesn’t interact with the customer, she was in deep conversation with a coworker about how she was going to move out from her parent’s home. She overcharged me because she is not paying attention to what she is doing. Merchandise is also extremely overpriced

Goodwill used to be so organized. Now it's just an overpriced hodge podge of a mess. You pay employees, why not separate the clothes? I loathe trying to look through your clothing section because it's such a jumbled mess!

Clothing was pretty well organized, color coded instead of size coded like any other Goodwill so it was easy to shop for colors I enjoyed. The staff was wonderfully sweet and helpful, and the store wasn't all too busy when I went in. A nice thrift store to peruse for little treasures as usual, if you're looking for someplace for second hand finds!!

Store is overpriced! & the manager is straight out RUDE! Also they say that this color tag is on sale nothing matches,but the entire store has NONE of that Color tag 🏷, then when they change it for the next week how convenient that all the clothing on the racks have been changed to a new color it’s like they stayed overnight to change every single clothing to a new color for none of it will match to the clothing color for it would be on sale I know because I went shopping for almost 3 months straight at this location and nothing matched the color tag that was on sale, & it’s not even worth buying pants shirts or any clothing for what they charge I can go to a real department store like Target or Walmart and pay just same same price even less and better quality!!

This is a fun store to brose for things you forgot you needed , and for a very good price. It's a treasure hunt. It's rediculous to pay full price for many things you can pick up at Goodwill for next to nothing. I have really noticed a difference in how many people are shopping thrift and consignment stores these days. Who doesn't like a good bargain .

Out of all the thrift stores on McHenry this is the best one. Store is not that big but its clean and most items are clean. Items are priced individually which is great. Most men Shoes are not in good ions and the ones that are in good condition are expensive. All other items are ok. Not much variation at this store though. Clothing is good

I was unaware it was normal behavior for employees to call customers rude when they are directly informing you of their needs. I can only hope that this particular employee is temporary so that I may someday enjoy my favorite Goodwill store again. I regret not catching a name because I would have loved to file a report for whichever work program she is working through.
