The toilet in my travel trailer sprung a leak! I called a couple RV supply places in Yucca Valley; one wasn’t open and the other doesn’t stock parts. I called Wagner, they answered right away, were very friendly and happy to help, and told me they had my part! I drove right over and they already had it waiting for me :) they were very kind, and even told a couple “dad jokes”. It was so refreshing to get prompt help, and with excellent customer service to boot! I’ll definitely be back!

We found this RV garage by chance, we were in Joshua tree and our RV started making strange and unusual sounds. We had just bought it and had a lot of problems. After encountering several dishonest mechanics in Los Angeles we are truly grateful to have found Wagner RV Repair. They fixed absolutely all the problems on our RV and worked very seriously and cleanly. We are really satisfied and today our RV drives very well and we were able to travel in several states without any problem, which before would have been totally impossible and dangerous. They helped us, and came on site to help us out twice and in less than 1 hour in critical situations where we really needed help. All the people who work there are really professional and honest and we really fell in love with this place. We plan to do all of our future modifications and repairs for our 1986 Chevy Honey at this garage. The boss is someone very welcoming, commercial and honest. And this place is full of history. The founder was a pilot of the second world war, and I am French so this place particularly touched me. I recommended and I recommend to all people with an RV to go there in case of problems because they will be able to find and effectively solve all the problems you encounter. A great experience top to bottom and much appreciated! Great customer service and communication, great pricing, extremely knowledgeable. Stan and Dave gave us great support over the phone when we called in with our RV issues, a stark contrast to the many other shops I’d talked to. They were able to get us in quickly on relatively short notice. Cowboy the mechanic took a look at everything then personally walked us through his findings before a plan of action was agreed upon, everything was explained so clearly and his knowledge is so impressive! Our budget and the age of the vehicle was taken into account with recommendations for work. The many tasks were completed quickly and when we picked up the motor home Cowboy and Dave encouraged us to drive it daily over the next few days and keep in touch with them in case any follow up was needed. They also gave us great advice for future projects we’re looking to complete on the rig. As new RV owners (with an old RV) their guidance has been priceless!

Dave has been exceptional! We purchased a used RV and are very green when it comes to owning one. We brought it to Wagner to have it fully inspected so we knew what we were working with. They checked it head to toe, fixed any issues it had, and educated us on things to know and even gifted us with parts we were missing and would need. We’d recommend Wagner to anyone with an RV or considering getting one. They’ve truly been great at showing up for us and we are very thankful to have such a great reliable shop so close to home. I gladly write this review. We were in the process of returning from Kentucky. We were 33 miles from home when we heard a loud pop. Ooops, no power steering or power brakes. We coasted to the side of the 10 FWY in Cabazon. After dealing with the incompetent AAA trying to arrange a tow for 5 hours we gave up and got a ride home. We decided to deal with our RV on Saturday. In the morning I called Wagner and Dave (who is the owner) answered the phone. Totally friendly and professional. He had a great mechanic meet us at our RV and he quickly analyzed the problem and commenced the repair. Throughout, this entire process Dave kept us totally informed and kept in constant contact with us to make sure everything was progressing appropriately. His mobile mechanic worked his buns off to get us back on the road. I highly recommend anyone in need of rescue use this service! These folks are all about helping people in need! Note to those of you who have an RV and have AAA for towing, look for another service as they were absolutely worthless. Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are the real deal and I HIGHLY recommend them. They fixed several issues on my 2018 jayco trailer for a very reasonable price. The owner David is incredibly kind and polite and was happy to answer my questions. Their roof guy, and mechanic were both incredibly knowledgeable and professional and were happy to answer all of my gf and my questions. The mechanic especially went above and beyond with after service support and during our walk through inspection. The roof guy did the same when we dropped it off. Wagner RV repair did a great job installing new lithium batteries and a lithium capable converter in our travel trailer. They also helped to set up my portable solar suitcase. Such good people! Our solar panels weren't working so we went in to get some help! They found just a loose wire, so they decided not to charge us and they fixed it no problem! Such amazing service and people. Grateful we got to go there.

We were camping in our truck camper between Christmas and New Years Day near Joshua Tree NP when our new water heater started smoking. We were so lucky to have called Wagner. They looked at it immediately and diagnosed and fixed the wiring problem in about 10 minutes. Wonderful service! Thank you!

I was/am traveling from Texas in my 1994 Winniebago brave with my wife and kiddos and as soon as we entered California there was some nosies and the engine started to sound funny. I pulled to the side and the engine quit on me. It was a Sunday everyplace was closed. Wagner RV picked up the phone and had someone at the yard to let me tow my rv too. They diagnosed it and had me fixed up in less then 24 hours. The mechanic and the shop owner were very friendly and c they were very communicative. I feel so lucky to have found them. Don’t listen to Yelp. These guys are on top of it and did me great. Thank you!!
