The staff at Mercy Medical are professional, polite and friendly. I felt well cared for while there. I’m very glad to have Mercy Medical so close to home knowing I’m in good hands when needed.

NEW EDIT: I sat outside in the heat for 3 hours here just for the ER doctor to tell me im fine and nothing is wrong. keep in mind I was terrified and hesitant to come to the ER for days, so my visit was for legitimate reason. I was sent home with no help or medication no treatment. same day had a doctor's appointment and they actuslly put me on antibiotics and steroids and I'm making a full recovery. I would not come to this place if you value your health. As far as they're concerned if your vitals are fine you have no reason to recieve care. old review: great place if you enjoy waiting outside sick for 2+ hours just to even be seen

Dr Jeff Ott 8s the most amazing Doctor I have ever had!!! He is compassionate caring and loving! He has gone so far out of his way to help his patients. Every time I have ever needed anything taken care of or needed his help he is always willing to go above and beyond. He has personally came to my house after work on his own time to make sure the paper work that needed to be filled out was taken care of. It's hard to get Dr's to do anything while they are at work and he goes way above and beyond that for his patients. He has also shared his own life experiences that were similar to mine and gave me advice on how to get through it... he has never pushed anything on me and as a team came up with the best plan for the fastest solution. He really does care tremendously for people. Such an awesome guy and he should definitely be acknowledged by his bosses for doing so much more with his patients than what would be expected out of him!!! He is an A+ Doctor

Came in with a fractured hand. Staff was friendly. Was released 4 hours after arrival with 2 Tylenol given for pain. The waiting room was mostly empty, so unsure why the long wait. It was a very painful experience and I didn’t feel too cared for in that regard. I’m glad I was able to be seen but I wish there would have been more consideration to pain management. They finally splinted it and I waited over 30 min before they gave me my ex rays on a disk. As I left they gave me one 5 mg norco and Released me to get a 4 day prescription of more. Ouch!

All this emergency staff that worked with me was awesome. Friendly , knowledgeable , caring , and got me in fast to assess any issue I had ! Definitely real heroes ! I even got to park my semi truck with trailer right in the front of hospital !

I was checked in quickly but once I was in the ER and the nurse took vitals I had to wait 20-30 minutes before the dr appeared. He apologized and said no one had told him I was there. I shared that it was very difficult to get iv and blood but no one took extra steps until I had been poked several times. An important question that was never asked was”am I feeling better?” I wasn’t. The medications I was prescribed did help. They were phoned into Rite Aide and were ready when we arrived.

Mercy had friendly and knowledgeable employees. From the moment I walked in to the PT building someone assisted from registration all the way to my ultrasound. The technician was amazing, had a great attitude and put me at ease right away. This was one of the easiest and quickest visit I have ever had.

I recently had my annual mammogram at the Mercy Mt. Shasta Imaging Center. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and very efficient. The registration was done immediately after I arrived and the tech was ready to do my mammogram as soon as the registration process was completed. With the up to date equipment, very competent staff and spotless facility, it was a pleasure having my annual mammogram done here.

I could not have imagined a better experience. It was my first time in an hospital in the US and felt like home. Very respectful nurses who were gentle and continuously brought me heated tissues to get warmer. They made me comfortable. The doctors were professional, accessible. Excellent communication from both the nurses and doctors. I could feel an excellent atmosphere in this hospital which contributed to make my stay more comfortable despite the injuries.

Every step of my process was handled with care and expert attention. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I received from Dr. Ure and his team, all the way through discharge and immediate post-care. The most incredible part is no use of narcotics. The Mercy Hospital physicians and staff will be very hard to top. I'm recommending this Healthcare crew and establishment to all my friends and family that may need joint replacement surgery.
