Just had an awesome walk-in appointment here. Hadn't had my hair cut in over 2.5 years due to the pandemic and it was a right state. I wasn't shamed for it, and left with an excellent fresh look. Couldn't be happier. There was no wait and it was a great price!

Had 3 haircuts done here. The last time I just noticed they missed a spot and now I have an inch longer section of hair on one side of my head. I'm not punk so this look isn't for me. They are nice, just check your hair very fully before leaving.also the stuff they sell to repair your hair..doesn't do anything. Buy all three products and it's 120 bucks.

Really friendly stylist cut my hair (woman with long black hair.) She was thorough and communicated with me to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. The reason I didn't give five stars is because I had subscribed on their website, but was told by another woman I had to print the coupon (with a barcode) instead event being scanned.

Long Time customer. No more!!! What is the point of making an appointment when they do not honor it. I'm a regular I have been a client of the same stylist for over 3 years. Showed up on time. It's not like she was finishing up with a client...oh no just at the time of my appointment she took a walk in client assuming I would wait. Never underestimate your regular clientele. We are regulars for a reason and we tip very well.. normally 20% plus. As a result I will now take my money and business elsewhere where my loyalty is appreciated and not taken advantage of.
