Why you do me like this? I didn't get the lettuce wrapped burgers in my order, and a milkshake I ordered wasn't even filled all the way! (I scooped some of the whipped cream out of the way, but keep in mind there's still a 1/2 inch layer of whipped cream still in there, so wow they didn't even fill it all the way!)

I ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich Combo and the sandwich was really dry, it tasted reheated and was even burnt on the edges. I am disappointed.

Had really poor service at night multiple times. One time they had trouble with someone’s order and they took forever but instead of asking them to pull out into a parking space, they made us all wait behind them while our food got cold. More recently they were open and someone was inside but they never responded to the drive thru speaker. Probably understaffed. The one that’s down East chapman a couple blocks is way better.

I don't know how sometimes bacon can be on a burger with it being part crunchy and the other one soft but still cooked well. I don't know if I'm supposed to just order bacon like not extra crispy or crispy at all but I'm not sure if that is part of like the availability you know cuz they don't actually cook breakfast like a Denny's or IHOP

This was one of the best burgers ever! Piping hot served within a few minutes from ordering. Helpful staff generated friendly conversation while I waited. Will return again.

I went through the drive thru just to get a drink, a root beer with light ice, and what I got was a glass of 1/2 water and 1/2 root beer with a lot of ice. I know they did tho this on purpose because they were laughing when they gave me my drink and said have a nice day. Who treats their customers like that? I had already pulled onto the freeway before I took a drink so I didn’t have time to turn back and complain. Horrible service, living in Orange for 50+ years I have never had such bad service.

Horrible service. First of all i could not understand the person taking the order. I ordered a diet coke and a burger. The diet coke tasted like water, the manager gave me another one and the same thing. He went back to check the soda lines and said nothing was wrong. I asked him to taste it and he would not. I took the drink in the confusion I drove off without the burger as I guess I should have asked for it before I left. Got home realized I did not get my order. Drove 10 min. Back to get my burger. They gave me the same burger that has been sitting there for about 15 min through the whole nightmare service. I asked for my refund. It takes 2 days to go back on your credit card. The manager asked if I wanted anything for my troubles ,I said better service. You should expect better service for a $10.00 fast food meal.

I would advise you go elsewhere. I have not been to this Carl's Jr in 4 plus years do to its service was very very slow. I was really hungry tonight so I stopped by on my way home. This place really need to step back and get floor staff in here that can at least do a decent job. I ordered the #3 5 dollar box that comes with a drink and cookies, along with a milkshake. Got to the window and was told they closed the ice cream machine down. Its 9:55 and it says they close at 12am. No big deal I just wanted to get home and eat. I got my food and left. Turns out they did not give me my drink and I did not notice it till I was home, also my cookies are missing from my 5 Dollar box as well. Shy of not giving me my meal at all they could not have done a worse job. Just dont go hear keep driving and do you business elsewhere.
