I used to loveee this Starbucks! I’d come every morning for my work coffee but now any time I go, the workers will straight up ignore customers, answer rudely & rush you on drive thru or just seem super negative, I also work customer service & it’s so crazy to witness how other people act when there are customers present. On top of that my drink is hardly ever good at this location. Super disappointed! :(

workers here are often rude and have a chip on their shoulder. they should unionize instead of taking it out on the customers 😂. I guess its easy to get over caffeinated at this job

Randomly closed and locked the door as I walked up in the afternoon on a saturday, after I called and asked if they were open. Why are starbucks all lying about their hours now?

Very limited items, never open. Any New drink they won't have or make.

This store never has anything on its menu, everything is always sold out, they need to get prioritizes. Stock your items, And when they do have anything the drinks are no good often watered down, seems a little careless if you ask me.

Not very good experience at this Reedley location for me . Last time I went my coffee tasted like water thought I'd give it another try today. Coffee was good but they gave me the wrong pastry order. Bae and I went here for a date/ game night! This was our first time here since the pandemic and we love the vibe here! Everything from the employees, to the decor and music is very comfy and cozy! It was a perfect spot for us to play jenga and chess! We definitely plan to come chill here again! : D They did get his name wrong lol but I guess that’s a given lol
