I hadn't shopped here in a long time.lwas overwhelmed by all clothing racks being in disarray, crowded, and most of the employees on the floor were trying their best to answer my questions. The woman in the fitting room was so nice BUT the woman as the cashier barely said a word to us or looked at us. That's a turn off to come back. Eldorado County's Marshall's is just the opposite, a great place to shop.

I went in here not looking for anything specific. I come here once in a while just to window shop. I did find a couple items I thought about purchasing, but with inflation the price for Crocs were almost the same as buying retail from the Crocs website. I would still shop here, but items I would purchase are probably kitchen items and maybe some clothing in the clearance section. I did look at hats and the ones I liked were on clearance, but it made it the same price as ordering on Amazon. If I need a hat that bad I'll come back for it or go on Amazon.

They have some really great summer fun outdoor oversized games they look like so much fun I'm going to have to go back and get a few for the 20 somethings that will be around d for the 4th.

My 1st time ever at a marshall.. looks and feels like Ross... my friends always said go tp Marshall because they had everything there... I had high expectations but disappointed... the store was organized.. 4 stars only bc it looks and feels like Ross or DDs discount.

The store selections are great . Customer service needs an attitude adjustment from time to time . It costs nothing to be nice and courteous to the guests that are supporting the store ..

So disappointed to write a bad review as I love this store....but I just had a very unfortunate experience. I had purchased quite a few items for my daughters birthday and she ended up not wanting them. I brought them in as soon as I gave them to her but I was a few days past the return window. I explained the situation but was met only with repeated “that’s our policy”. That is not customer service. That is not creative problem solving. There was no empathy or even understanding. Very sad, and now they’ve lost a good customer over it.

Clerks on both sides of store. Went in for hair tools which they sometimes carry @ a lower price..Not lucky this time, bit did come away w/some lovely discounted products,some sold @ 2 or 3 times the mark-up @ my local beauty supply. Lovely rose waters & bath items..a copper, magnified l.e.d. mirror for under$17. Good place for some garden stands, sm. glass tables, and a great base to p/up weights & mats for a home gym.

I really like this Marshall’s all but the fact that it can get very congested. All of the employees are pleasant and helpful and their merchandise is the beat in the Bay Area. Parking can get pretty bad here even with the addition of the back parking lots because of Kohl’s and all the other stores there. The store has been kept immaculate especially during Covid everyone does an amazing job sanitizing baskets and their area. I can’t really think of one complaint. Wish more Marshall’s were like this one!
