Placed my order online and got a discount for picking up in store. Order was ready within the same hour. I brought the batteries I was replacing with me and was refunded core deposit while in store. I also had a lithium motorcycle battery that was dead and brought that in and they took it for disposal or whatever

Brought in battery for warranty exchange. Under warranty still and would not honor warranty which is BS. Not my fault, yet they act like it is. Offered me 25% discount on new battery (less then a year old) unbelievable bad business doings. I will not purchase car batteries here anymore. Auto part stores honor battery warranties so I will go there in the future. I am not happy with the way this was handled- yes, they have Lost my future business for sure.

I had called 4 Batteries Plus locations before this one & was not having luck finding a lithium ion battery for my motorcycle. These guys actually listened to me & got me another option that just happened to work out for me. They honored their online 10% discount to new customers which paid for the gas & bridge toll that I used in the almost 2hr each way travel to pick up the battery. Thanks again for your help & expertise guys! Pleasant Hill location will be in my saved places on Google maps! ☮️

I’m so glad I found this place. Every time I see someone buying batteries anywhere else I tell them about it. The batteries are a fraction of the cost at the market, for example. I haven’t purchased any other products there, but I’m sure they have competitive pricing based on battery cost. The people are always very friendly and attentive. Please don’t ever close lol!!!
