I had issues with my car audio system, (not installed here). I came in to see if I could have Hector troubleshoot and diagnose the problems I was having. He was backed up with alot of work and I needed to make an appointment for service. However Hector spent a good while helping try to figure things out and answered all my questions. He pointed me in the right direction and even gave me a test speaker so I could narrow things down...i went home with his advise and was able to pin point the problem and got my system running back to normal. Hector was generous with his advise and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place!

I came in with 5 inch sub for a dewalt tough system 2.0 they went out of there way looking thru old box of speakers for me I didn’t find exact same one but something similar they are a five-star customer service audio car installer!!

Awesome customer service, honest, friendly and, very fair prices. I went here to purchase a particular stereo. They did not have in stock and when they tried to order it nobody had it. Hector went out of his way and made several phone calls until he found my stereo at a very competitive price. Recommend highly will be returning soon! A++ rating!

Great customer service. Really helped me fix my wiring problems right before I had to take a long drive to Blythe (3-4 hours away) Had to come back to the store twice from where I live nearby, my fault, and then I admitted I was wrong and I needed help. The guy running it, can't remember his name and misplaced his business card, came outside and gladly pointed out my mistake that I forgot to reconnect the constant positive to the stereo. Crimped the wire in and set the headunit back in the din. Turned on the vehicle and wallah! It works. Thank you a lot. I will definitely come back to Hector's for advice, any suggestions, and all my stereo needs. With fair prices in fact
