The kid that works there is very rude. Every time i go I there he seems to have a glitch with me. When I go there every one that works there they are amazing. But this new kid is becoming a problem everytime I go in 711 he tents to have a problem with me. I am debating if I should go there anymore. I think if you dont like your job dont work there. Today the new kid went in the back knowing i was going there then said what do i need I get the same thing Every time I said the same thing 2 packs. Then he replied one I said 2 than he held the cigarettes like i was going to steal them. After said in not serving you no more. I need to figure out how i can resolve my problem so I can just grab and go.

I went to get a fountain soda and my 7 eleven apt said that I have to purchase one which is my sixth time and the seventh time is free but they did not honor it so I was upset and I woke out. Bad customer service rude employees.

Came in the store prior to going to the gym to grab a water and vitamin c tabs. To purchase item’s I Used my Apple Pay and left . After leaving the gym ( 2 1/2 hours later) i decided I no longer wanted the vitamin c tabs so I decided to return them. I arrived to the counter and Singh ( cashier) begins to scan the items as if I wanted to buy them (again). I carefully explained to him that I was just in the store and wanted to return the tabs. He says you can’t return them without a receipt. I said I was just here less than 3 hours ago besides you never gave me a receipt . I can show you the purchase on my Apple Card app but I don’t have the ( physical) receipt. He continues to speak ( lowering his voice) from what I could understand that he didn’t have the receipt. All I wanted was for him to put the money back on my card, he seemed to have trouble understanding or this was his way of not allowing me the credit. If you can’t communicate effectively why are you in a customer service position. Due to the inconvenience I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Going forward I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Bad customer service I went in for their buy one get one on the wings I told the guy that’s what I wanted he said OK he rang me up and then he got upset at me for complaining why didn’t he give me the wings then he tells me oh you have to buy them together I told him I did buy them together he was no Jordi bought those you can get the more so really bad for 7-Eleven not to even acknowledge their own discounts if I could I believe zero stars

Incredibly rude. Group of men in a corner when I walked in. I asked if I could have a medium cup and he starts screaming at me “WE DON’T HAVE MEDIUMS!” He glared at me and I walked right out. Never again

worst store ever apperantly u can't buy scratches after 10pm and if u want to shop there u must be ok with plain out rudness. come on if ur so miserable working there leave..I've witnessed the cashier be rude to many people....

On 7/11 the store shut down their Slurpee machines and wrote out of order on all their machines because the ice would not form, when clearly looking into the see through portion of the machine there was ice in all of them!!!!!!!!!! And then when customers walked in to get free slurped and seen the signs and walked out the two cashiers laughed and spoke about who knows in their native language.

Cashier did not say Good Morning, did not give a receipt or ask if I want a bag for the items I purchase and did not say Thank You, only words spoken from her was my total amount. I will never go into this 7/11 again. May be it was due to me being a Afro-American Woman

Convenient location right off the freeway, Alabama exit, across from McDonald's. The clerk explained to me how the "Buy 6, get 7th Free!" Works which is great since I buy 7-Eleven coffee every morning. I love their assorted fruit as well.

Don't go here! The male Arab clerks are rude! First time I blew it off. Second time it happened, I told them I would never be back. Go somewhere else! Don't give them your hard earned money..
