I don't think I placed my order for COLD PIZZA?! The last three times had the worse food and service. Took 30 minutes longer than when the app said it had been delivered?? Even tried the pick up after the "READY" notice and after waiting 5 minutes he just popped it in the oven and 15 minutes later received the worse pizza ever???? Usually have enjoyed Papa John's up to now. Maybe it is just this location.

The delivery drivers and workers are COMICALLY bad at parking. On ANY given day you can see the same 3 silver sedans parked almost sideways in the stalls situated in front of the store. These people get paid to operate vehicles??? Makes me feel hesitant to order delivery, since it seems so obvious that these folks can't perform a basic driving skill, such as pulling into a parking spot straight. It's sometimes so bad that it becomes difficult to park in front of the store.

Best late night pizza I've had in a while! Super delicious. Ordered a stuffed crust, pineapple, pepperoni, light sauce, well done. It was cooked to perfection.

This place is just mid. The 1 topping carryout deals are the only ones worth getting, but even then the pizza quality of this chain is below that of pretty much everywhere else except for Little Ceasers; not exactly a high bar to clear. I do want to make note of the first two times I came to this location in particular. They forgot the pepperoncinis and garlic dip both times I came in, which are supposed to come free with each pizza. This might have been a coincidence that it happened twice in a row, but it could also be a lack of quality control; they even forgot an extra dip I paid for on one of these same trips!

Exorbitant prices, delivery driver couldn’t even be bothered to make the delivery. Ordered a pizza with several toppings of extra cheese… no cheese on the pizza.

Not the best one to order from. Always an issue. Like a soggy, undercooked pizza when you asked for well-done. Or asking for cut in squares and you get regular. Don't offer those options if they can be done.

Understandly it was Halloween night, but when you order hours ahead and get told your pizza will be delayed by hours to be made it is absolutely ridiculous. A pizza shop should know when they have reached there max capacity in what they can handle except for leaving people waiting hours for a 10 dollar pizza. If Halloween is your busiest day next to the Super Bowl spend the rest of the year figuring out how to make it work on those days. At this point I am never going back to this shop again.

They can never get it right. I uses to lobe Papa Johns but this location ruined that. Been here twice now and each time they mess up a simple pizza order. Ordered a pepperoni, sausage, mushroom pizza. Only half had sausage and there were like 4 mushrooms on the whole thing. They also can't cut a pizza to save their lives.

Approximately a week ago, we went to the restaurant and ordered pizza and told the manager himself that we want our order to be completely free of any type of meat and/or meat contact. When we got home, we ate the pizza and in one of the pizzas, that was a thin garden pizza, we found a few pieces of meat. My family has strict diet restrictions and we have to eat vegetarian. We took the pizza back to the restaurant and they apologized and offered us a free pizza for next time. Today, we ordered from the exact same Papa Johns branch and told the person who was taking our order about what happened with my previous order. However, while my daughter was eating her pizza she found a little piece of meat! The pizza we ordered is supposed to be vegetarian and it was the Pan veggie pizza to be exact. We took it back to the restaurant and showed it to them and to the manager and told them that we would never order from this Papa Johns again. Another problem that happened with me today was that when I made my order, I told them that I would like to have my free pizza that was supposed to be as a compensation to the issue that happened in the last order, and when I went there to pick my order up, they forgot to make that pizza. And last thing that stood out to me when I went to Papa Johns to pick my order up, I saw the workers making pizza with no gloves on. They were making it with their hands and no gloves on! That honestly made me feel disgusted. P.S. : they have told us before that they have separate tools used for vegetarian orders as well as that they automatically change gloves when we ask them to make our order completely vegetarian and out of meat contact. Well obviously I don’t know how to believe that. No trust in this branch whatsoever again! Very disappointed.
