The chopping blades on my Breville blender had started to resist spinning. I put hot water and dish detergent into the blender jar and let it soak. That freed up the blades somewhat. Figuring I needed a new blade assembly, I took the blender in to All TV and Appliance for Ken to fix. He checked the blade assembly and since it spun pretty freely, he said no need to replace. He advised me to use olive oil rather than soap (soap would dry and tend to clog mechanism more). He would not accept any payment since he did not really work on the blender. Very pleased with Ken's professional and attentive approach. I highly recommend Ken and his company.

Ken was able to fix my GO VIDEO VHS/DVD Player when no other repairman would touch it. Getting parts necessitated a little wait but the results were worth it! Ken was all smiles when he gave me my unit back and told me I would be happy with it. He was right!

Ken fixed our Saeco Magic Comfort Plus espresso machine. Within a few days it was back up and running perfectly. It would not even turn on when we brought it in. He is very polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. We were given tips on how to maintain our machine so that it continues to work for a long time. We were happy to pay for the repairs and felt it was reasonable. Still enjoying that great coffee we love from this machine. Big thank you to Ken!

Ken is truly amazing! There’s nothing he can’t fix. I was recommended by Lou, of Lou Records, to take my turntable to All TV & Appliances for repairs. When I got there Ken had just repaired an espresso machine and the woman ahead of me was there to repair her iPhone. He diagnosed my turntable was off balance and made adjustments. He also showed me how to replace the stylus and adjust the balance. Since it was a quick fix, he didn’t even charge me. What a guy!

Great customer service and fast repair time. I had multiple problems with the wiring in my video game controller. A rare Chinese controller from the early 2000's that is very important to me and that has only one listing on ebay for over $1300 currently. That listing is the only controller for sale anywhere in the world. Due to that, I really needed this place to come through clutch. Ken had it ready in 2 days with everything repaired. He even took out the old cable and installed a stronger, longer one. However, when I took it home, half of it still wasn't working correctly, so I let Ken know and he told me to bring it in the next day, on a Saturday. He let me hook it up to one of his televisions and demonstrate the issue, which ended up being a problem with the carbon contacts connecting the button to the circuit board. NOT a problem with his work. His work was perfect. He told me it was an issue that happens with heavy use, then how I could easily fix the issue with carbon conductive paint and he showed me where to get the best product for it. He didn't charge me for any of this troubleshooting or advice. In the end, Ken charged me for less than an hour of work and was very kind and willing to help. I believe he is the only person to have worked on this kind of controller in the United States, making him the leading expert! Now, I can continue achieving world records with it. Thank you Ken

I have been doing business with Ken for a LOOOOOOONG time. He had another location Carlsbad & then was forced to moved during the downtown renovations that forced a lot of these small businesses to relocate. I tried to find him for AGES, and did a little happy dance when I did! He is AWESOME - and in addition to being a wonderfully competent repair technician - he is a VERY nice person and is a pleasure to deal with. He has a gift for repair - but he also has a gift of kindness. LOVE THIS BUSINESS.

I am a return customer. Today I brought in an old hanging lamp and an old floor lamp that weren't working. The owner, Ken figured out a way to save me money on rewiring and make sure the wiring was 100% safe. He actually did it while I waited. I can honestly say that Ken is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is kind and professional and his work is excellent. Here's an update to the following commentary: All TV Appliance Service came through for me in a big way once AGAIN! I was among the spoiled when they formerly were located in Carlsbad. Since then, however, I haven’t hesitated to trek to San Marcos whenever a need arose. Today I needed counsel about an elegant but ancient lamp base that I wanted to present to a friend. The wiring, etc. looked old to me --- perhaps even dangerous. I was prepared to pay to have the wiring and the cord replaced. Instead, owner Ken gave the lamp base a clean bill of health and kindly instructed me about how to clean and refresh its appearance. I left with the lamp base, a plan and my pocketbook no lighter. How GOOD is that??? Dunno what malcontent reviewers are smoking. (Envious competitors fabricating negativity? Unfortunately, such activity can be the downside of anonymous reviews.) I've dealt with All TV & Appliance for going on 10 years. Always very professional and upfront about pricing/what might be done about the likes of an ailing beloved ancient receiver, equally sick toaster oven, etc. Just retrieved a favorite ginger jar lamp --- now, 3-way innards are good as new :-)
