This is the BEST CVS Pharmacy ! Evelyn in the pharmacy treats ever patient with great professionalism and care. She never puts you on a long hold , always ready and willing to help. I drive an extra 15 miles just to get my prescriptions from her. My doctors office can't say enough positive things about Evelyn . She is so good that they are recommending her location because they know they will receive great patient care. Thank you Evelyn for being so awesome!

This CVS Pharmacy is the Worst CVS Pharmacy in San Diego . Unprofessional and Rude People. I get the wrong medications thre Times but they still charged me for the wrong medications. I don’t recommend this Pharmacy. Only if you want a headache . Rude Pharmacist and Rude and unprofessional Staff. Really Baaaaaad.

Have been to many, many CVS stores across America. This is surprisingly one of the best, where there is (a) parking (b)great pharmacy staff (c) short ordering time/ ready availability of prescriptions (d) mostly little waiting time. All I need for now in retirement. Cannot really recommend 3 others tried here in San Marcos which behave as if they have no competition (unfortunately true.) Rest of store is clean with usual gimcracks.

I was browsing the store by myself and every time I looked up the African American worker with the bad skin was looking me right in my face. I understand it's your job to follow minorities around your store but could you at least do it somewhat inconspicuously? The cashier literally left the cash register and stood in the center of the store. I will not be returning here and I would not recommend you to spend your hard-earned cash in the store if you're not Caucasian because you will be followed around like a common criminal.

The by far the best pharmacy I have been too. The staff are great and really make an extra effort to male sure my prescriptions are filled on time. And the pharmacist Toni is the man! He really makes it a great environment and he does everything he can to make sure I'm in good hands. I will continue to go to this particular pharmacy even if I have to drive the extra miles to get there

You have 2 out of 10 employees who are really nice. The rest are just so slow, don't greet you nicely, just rude. That's the pharmacy section which is where customer service and knowledge is most important. It is to the extreme. One pharmacist worked with my insurance to get my medications covered for me and gave me some medicine until the prescription was filled. Another pharmacy tech just said my prescription just wasn't filled. She didn't say when it would be, she just was dismissive every time I came in. I never want to play the race card. The woman was so pleasant with white customers and I helped the mexican customers when I saw her just not even acknowledge them .

I would like to share that they have an employee in their pharmacy there her name is Maryanne Hartman and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. This woman works really hard and she’s helped me so many times I can’t even tell you and she doesn’t have to do it but she does it anyway because you know why she’s a hard worker and she believes in doing the best job she can possibly do. I admire her and I think she deserves the appropriate recognition for what she does. Thank goodness for people like her!

So first off, If you're going to lynch these pharmacy employees who have to stand on their feet all day and listen to your whiny, petty complaints about your self-induced poor health, you should at least learn to use proper grammar and spelling. Ive been using this pharmacy for over six years and I've NEVER seen the staff act in any way inappropriate as people keep "claiming". The staff always get my Rx correct the first time, and in under 20 minutes even during "whiny-customer hours". (You know those people that SLOW THE LINE DOWN to complain). The staff always go out of their way to make sure that my insurance covers as much as it can. They did the same for my parents and they were always kind to them too AND the staff remembered their names. I wouldn't go to another pharmacy even if the prices went up at this location. This location isn't even the closest pharmacy, I just use this location because after six years of professionalism they deserve my money and accolades!
