Mostly friendly employees. The food counter not so much!! I give them 1 star! Moving on I love all the snacks, great variety. I gave them a 4 star because of the food counter person who was unbelievably rude & just didnt want any one to bother her.

Gas prices are actually the most expensive in San Ramon. I've done the research (it's not hard to do). Absolutely ridiculous. Can't recommend buying gas here...On the contrary, I've NEVER had a problem with using the air/water machine. I push the button, and it starts up (as it should) unlike the vast majority of other stations where you have to literally walk in the shop and ask the guy there to turn it on for you. Because of this, 2 stars is the lowest I can go.

I had taken down a review of this gas station that I had posted because their service had improved. But went into their gas station tonight and their employee working "K" equalled in rudeness as the employee I wrote about last time. It unfortunate that these self- entitled brats ruin the reputation of the good employees at this gas station.

Tried 2 pumps, called for assistance in both machines but none provided by staff. Recommend another station if gas is what you seek. Or assistance.

Worst customer service, doesn’t know anything about anything at the station. And I think they hire all illegal immigrants here.

Walked in with a completely valid ID from New York, with my vehicle outside that had New York plates, and was denied a small bottle of Chardonnay(wine) due to lack of "seal" on my license. Will, the gas attendant/cashier, has never seen a NY license before and assumed that my ID was fake due to this "lack of seal". Very incompetent individual. Filed a complaint at corporate pulling the "race" card as well, given that he was likely intimidated by my beard 😂. Anyways sorry for the rant.
