Wow wow bought some drinks and asked for the restroom she said out of service which I was ok and right after me gentlemen came ask for the restroom and she let him use it in front of me crazy I went back to her and asked her how come? she is like I can’t argue with you after him you can use it too :))))so off course I’m not gonna use it… Bad personality ,bad business …

Wow I can't rate "0" one year ago I put gas and got a soft drink and ask to use the bathrooms they said the bathrooms where broken to use the fast food place next to them#$€ !" So i said where do you go!"So one lady got mad , must of bend the manager so it was a lie the bathrooms were ok!"So a year later they said no one from the manager name Lupe!"

I had put in 24.00 dollars of gas in my car at 1:00 am on 4/5/21 on Monday morning when I had gotten home I got an email that said the total of your transaction has been updated from 24.00 to 48.00. My car doesn’t even hold that much gas. Arco literally took 24 dollars from me.

I called this Arco after my bank notified me that my debit card had suspicious activity. It turns out someone pumped $100 worth of gas three times. I was curious as to how that wasnt suspicious to them since they ran the card inside. The attendant told me there was no manager (obviously a lie) and that it was my responsibility to deal with it. Definitely a seedy establishment with even seedier clientele.

I use Arco exclusively. I charge all my fuel on my trucks with the company Arco card. I have been to lots of Arco stations, local and far away. This one is heavily used and lacks is several areas! I dont like to leave bad reviews but I choose to not use this station if I can use another. I do. The windshield squeegee were ALL bad. Not one dispenser had paper towells or hand sanitizer... most Arco stations are fairly cleen. This one is not. Santa Ana deserves better. Not sure who the owner or manager is but. I would be upset if my station was in this condition. I have a small business near by a would like to have a properly serviced. Service station.

Good gasoline at the lowest prices. However, ARCO pumps do not accept credit cards, and you can't pay cash at the pump. Sometimes the pump will claim it is printing a receipt, but no receipt comes out.

If I could give it a negative number i would the employees suck and are rude as ppl 1st incident I had given the cashier 30 cash and she only pump 20 because she was not paying attention because she was talking to the other co-workers. And today again pump #5 was not taking my card and I tried my friends and did not work, went inside and the workers were all mad doing their JOB the cashier was rude af if you do not like your job what are u doing there. They need to learn customerservice because the employees suck.
