Valencia pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to.I really mean that they are so quick filling meds 5 -10 min at the most my doctor sends' my scripts in through express scripts and by the time I got their they are all filled the people here are hands down the best ive ever seen.They are always happy and take care of you quick jason the pharmacist really take care of any questions you may have.the whole staff are very friendly to everyone who comes in they are all hard working staff you can't beat that plus they have equipment for all kinds of health related needs.My wife and I will never leave them.they care about their customers. every pharmacy around should take a look at how they take care of people with a smile, they really looks out for you and they extra mile they go TRY THIS PLACE OUT YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY I PROMISE see for yourself good going to all the employees there you do a great job 5+ stars

OMG, I was very impressed with the service here. We recently switched to this pharmacy because it's closer to home. On our first visit, Jason introduced us to all the employees and they are all just as friendly as well. Hubby and I have to take multiple meds and it was really nice when Jason put them on auto fill, much better and less worries for both us as well as the pharmacy team ( I am assuming) So we are starting off on a good note. It seems like it's a good fit here. Highly recommend this place if you live in the area Thanks for everything!!!

I used this pharmacy for quite a while and was happy with their mail order delivery. However, last month I didn't receive my normal auto fill prescription. In June, I got a phone call asking if I wanted my script sent out even though it was supposed to be filled/mailed automatically. I said yes and double checked to make sure it would be filled automatically from then on and was told it would be. A week later, I still hadn't received my prescription and had run out of medication...I called and spoke with a gentleman who said there was a note in the computer saying to wait to mail it out with another prescription I had with a release date. Then in July, BRENDA the "manager" called to see if they should send the medication out and I told her I had just received my last Rx a few weeks ago and had more than half a bottle left. She began arguing with me and hung up the phone. I called back trying to explain that it was supposed to be auto filled monthly, I had just received the medication ten (10) days ago...and she hung up a SECOND TIME. I called twice more to straighten it out and ultimately just moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I have never had an experience like that in my life and cannot believe the unprofessional behavior of the "manager." I will not use or recommend this pharmacy to anyone as long as an employee; especially the manager, has the audacity to treat a customer so disrespectfully. Brenda should be fired or at a minimum reprimanded.

The Rph Stephen Hom is very knowledgeable and will tell you if there is a problem with the medication you are already taking and your new prescription. I am in a wheelchair and go to dialysis that is walking distance from the pharmacy, the ladies that work there are so nice and helpful and they just walk the Prescription over to me. I am very pleased with them and am going to send all my older prescriptions from CVS now in Target to them.
