When you put your opening times online and on your front door, it's supposed to mean something. Apparently these people think that 6.47pm is the same as 7pm. It's not. I rushed over there just in time to get my son's prescription and find they closed early. No reason given. That's not a way to run a business.

What an absolute joke. If I could give a zero star I would. Talked to an employee and asked if they had a drug available. He said yes but to come now because the stock is low and it will be gone by late tomorrow morning. My wife rushes over to go fill the prescription and when she gets there they deny her and said they couldn’t fill the prescription per the pharmacist. I received a call after the fact being told the same thing. I asked him then why would it be sold out tomorrow?? He stumbled over his lie! Go somewhere else is my advise!!!!

My Wife and I purchased a wheel walker for her Mom, 2 weeks later Mom said it wasn't quite what she wanted, I took it back and was surprised there was no problem with returning it, and they had another one that was perfect, the biggest surprise was I didn't have the receipt and the awesome gentleman that helped us the first time understood and allowed us to just exchange it. Came to pick up my daughters and I forgot my bag with catheders luckily I found this place they where able to help me out and get me the supplies I needed and were really nice and respectful about the whole thank you guys 🙏

What a horrible rip-off. My daughter, with no experience in these matters, went in to buy an ulnar gutter brace. The salesperson said she didn't know what that was but sold her one that was not correct. I called the next day and spoke to the same salesperson and she lied and said she told my daughter it wasn't the correct one. Then she said she wouldn't accept the return anyway due to the pandemic. The physician told her to go there. We will be informing her not to send any patients there as well. Don't trust these people as they lie and have no idea what they are doing. I will never return and neither should you.

The Best Pharmacy!!! I love all of the staff. They are so kind, call you by name when you walk in and actually care about their customers. A wonderful experience in comparison to those chain pharmacies. Truly, I can not say enough. Thank you!

I LOVE this pharmacy!! There are never long lines for dropping off or picking up my prescriptions. Both pharmacists are good, but Kim is my favorite. She is SO knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions. (I ask a lot of questions). The other people that work in the pharmacy are always friendly and treat me like a human being, not some random customer they have to service and get rid of as quickly as possible. I wish I had found this place sooner!

I was promised a refund on a rental to purchase conversion. After 3 calls and no response, I received an answer that the product was quoted the wrong price so now no refund will be given. Unhelpful people and no logic behind the operation. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.
