I went to the ATM at this location to deposit some money, once the transaction was completed I hit the return card button. However, the machine gave me an an error that it could not return my card. I went into the branch and they came out with a bit of attitude stating that my card was not in the ATM machine. However, I even got an email as I was waiting for them to locate it from Wells Fargo stating that the ATM was not able to give me back my card. I showed them the email and they said oh that’s interesting.. I then asked them if they could provide me a temporary card in which they told me I would have to make an appointment to see a personal banker through the App and that they wouldn’t be able to do it today.. ( ive never had an issue getting a temporary card previously for a lost card). I left the branch pretty upset and on my way home one of the ladies calls and says funny thing we just found your debit card, are you going to come back to get it? I told them no. I would be cancelling my account with Wells Fargo. This was terrible customer service, especially for something that was an issue with their machine. I am now in the process of transferring over all of my direct deposit and auto payments to the new account and will be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. Worst customer service ever.

Honestly I go back and forth on this place, it’s a huge location with 10 checker windows, yet there’s never more than 2 on staff, and half the time it’s only one until the line hits 5 people and then another window opens. I will say that when you finally get help the people are very friendly and extremely helpful, I just feel that even though it’s so big the service is by far the slowest. I cant grasp why they’d make such a big branch just to seemingly understaff it so much. Again, great staff, I just wish there were more of them.

I love going to this Wells Fargo Bank location because it's never busy. You can go and in out within a few minutes. They also have 3 ATM machines outside the bank for your convenience. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating.

We only have one savings account with them here. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I needed to open my child's Coogan account they accommodated me and had everything set up before we came in to make a quick visit. We don't bank with Wells Fargo because of their high fees. :( But this bank was very nice to deal with for a specialty service we couldn't find anywhere else. (COOGAN account)

EXCELLENT customer service. I commute over 30 miles here from Simi Valley because of their professionalism. I have been coming here since Day 1 and this bank appreciates it. Very hospitable. Almost doesn't feel like the normal "going to the bank" experience. Great management and service. if you are fed up with your bank come here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
