I went to the ATM at this location to deposit some money, once the transaction was completed I hit the return card button. However, the machine gave me an an error that it could not return my card. I went into the branch and they came out with a bit of attitude stating that my card was not in the ATM machine. However, I even got an email as I was waiting for them to locate it from Wells Fargo stating that the ATM was not able to give me back my card. I showed them the email and they said oh that’s interesting.. I then asked them if they could provide me a temporary card in which they told me I would have to make an appointment to see a personal banker through the App and that they wouldn’t be able to do it today.. ( ive never had an issue getting a temporary card previously for a lost card). I left the branch pretty upset and on my way home one of the ladies calls and says funny thing we just found your debit card, are you going to come back to get it? I told them no. I would be cancelling my account with Wells Fargo. This was terrible customer service, especially for something that was an issue with their machine. I am now in the process of transferring over all of my direct deposit and auto payments to the new account and will be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. Worst customer service ever. ~Jessica
