A cute little candy shop with a small variety of candy types. But a decent selection of flavors on their little polka-dots.The worker behind the register offered samples of these little hard candies. Each little peace was quite flavorful, and reminiscent of a hard taffy or candy cane. But while friendly, they were not very engaging, which could have been due to our visit being later In the day. There is an area set aside for their craft, where visitors have the chance to watch them create their treats in real time. Adding to the charm and to the experience of this little shop on your visit to Solvang.

I bought chocolate truffles and honey. The clerks were very friendly offered us samples of Swiss candy and chocolate trufles. The candy was too hard but chocolate was freshly made and flavorful.

Best chocolate covered strawberries! My husband and I visited this cute little store on the way out and it was the best decision ever. Staff was very nice and their chocolate was delicious.

Amazing place! The workers are so proud of their heritage and their job. One of them told us all about the history of their specialty polkigras candy and how they’re the only ones in US who make it - how cool! The candy is super good too, and they have a ton of international candy options you can’t find many other places.

Such a wonderful addition to our Santa Ynez Valley. My 10 year old was fascinated watching them stretch out the candy right there in the store. There are some wonderful sweet treats, fantastic staff, and an all around great experience. I highly recommend the Swedish Candy Factory. Such a fun and yummy place!

Awesome store with delicious candy that is truly unique! The owner is friendly and extremely helpful and made us feel welcome in his store. They make the fantastic traditional polkagris candy (a wonderful hard Taffy, think of a straight candy cane) in store everyday. Definitely worth your time to stop by this amazing store to grab some exceptional treats!

It's fun to watch them make the candy right there in the store. Lots of free samples too! We bought some as gifts but ate most of it on the way home so we went to their website and bought more. Great place!
