The person who did my Taxes was Awesome but it took almost a month to get my Taxes to be completed and the office staff was unprofessional to me as a customer when I ask what was the delay.

Update 2020: Went to H&R Block again this year. Tax Preparer Holly is still wonderful. But I am so not happy with their rates/prices. They went up again. Would like to see a fee schedule but cant seem to find one anywhere? Unfortunately I probably wont be back next year. 11 months ago: I have already referred friends to tax preparer Holly Foster by posting on Facebook. Super friendly and helpful. She explained things to me clearly. Fees were outrageously high but I will still return next year because I’m comfortable with her doing my taxes.

We have returned to the H.R. Block in Sonora, CA for the past 25+ years, and have always been treated with the professional courtesy expected by most customers. Usually, we had our returns prepared by Mr. John Zack in that office. However, a recent snowstorm caused our appointment to be missed. We were rescheduled for 2-12-2019 with Ms. Carol Alley, and that appointment was completed successfully. She was very competent and friendly during the entire interview. We will return next year also.

She was nice & thorough. I was a walk in, and i only waited 5 minutes. My return was done within the hour. The cost of service was too much bur the person typing info into the computer was nice.
